Located towards the back of this 40-acre California desert retreat, our home is nestled in an area of the resort known for being more private and exclusive than the more common front of the community. RECENTLY RENOVATED and REFRESHED with brand new kitchen appliances, fresh paint, a stunning Dining Room Set, and new Living Room Furniture. No need to worry about parking because this home has an attached 2-car garage with finished floors.

Our spacious home sits up against the desert, commanding a 180° unobstructed up-close view of the surrounding mountains. Unlike most units in Legacy Villas, the outdoor areas of our home do not face other patios and balconies, allowing your group serene privacy while enjoying the outdoor Patio, or relaxing on the upstairs Balcony.

The main floor boasts a Great Room, with plenty of space for the whole family to spread out. Dine in elegance under our rustic candle chandeliers, lounge in front of the TV on the comfy sofa and loveseat, snack at the Breakfast Bar, bring out your inner-chef in our fully-equipped kitchen, or get romantic by the fireplace. 

While the inside is lovely, the home’s true beauty shines outside on the tiled and spacious Patio, seemingly hugged in the arms of the mountain itself. BBQ to your heart’s content. Share stories around the outdoor Living Room. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the moon and stars move across the night sky.

The King-Bed Suite, located on the ground floor, is separated from the Great Room by a hallway with an elegant mirror. The suite has its own TV, fireplace, and King bath ensuite complete with soaking tub, separate sinks, and oversized step-in shower. A side door opens directly onto the outdoor Patio.

Upstairs, the Queen-Bed Suite has its own TV and private full-bath ensuite. A side door leads to an airy Balcony with cushioned lounging chairs and matching ottomans: a peaceful place to read a book, or get lost in your favorite audiobook or podcast.

Also upstairs, the Twin-Bed Suite has its own TV and private full-bath ensuite. A side door leads to the same airy Balcony shared with the Queen Suite. The twin beds can be converted into a king bed for an additional fee.

The 4th full-bathroom is located on the ground floor, next to the laundry room (full-size washer and dryer). This is the perfect place to shower up before heading off to the pools!
