*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for propane refills if needed. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.
*We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 to 5 days of your stay.
*All guests must be disclosed at time of booking, no unauthorized guests that are not on original booking. The property rates include up to 4 guests. Additional guests will incur a small fee. Please make sure to enter an accurate guest count at time of booking for accurate reservation cost.
