Thank you for staying at our LoHi Denver home and for sharing this helpful feedback. I’m sorry check‑in/check‑out communications felt overwhelming and that the shower performance and stocking fell short of expectations. We have since had all maintenance concerns you reported checked and addressed. I can confirm there are not active maintenance issues or hot water concerns at all, everything is working properly. We even have went through all communication to make sure it is clear, precise and not too much at once. We’ve restocked commonly used items and inspected linens and dishware to ensure they meet our standards. I’ve also follow up with building management about the elevator. They have reported that the elevator was a temporary glitch and has since been serviced and is fully functional. Thanks again for the balanced feedback about location and comfort.
