Amazing location for the 4th

We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection.

Hi Ben, Thank you for your glowing review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our location in one of your favorite neighborhoods in Denver. It's great to know that you found the property very clean and comfortable, and enjoyed the proximity to Zuni brewery and other amazing food and cafe options nearby. We appreciate your feedback about the change in the restaurant downstairs. While it's disappointing when a favorite spot changes, we're glad to hear that it didn't detract too much from your overall experience. Thank you again for your recommendation and we hope to welcome you back soon for another perfect stay! Red | JZ Vacation Rentals

The first apt I got the hot water wasn’t working, so they moved me to a new apt . That was very thoughtful, I was there do to my mother being in hospice and the lady thing I needed was to worry about taking a shower. I appreciate that they did acknowledge it and make it better

A little disappointment.

The hallway in the building needed work. The baseboards were missing and the carpet stained. The first 3 days of our stay there were 3 bags of garbage next to the elevator. The smell got worse with each day. The condo itself was okay, not wonderful.

Hi Jill, we appreciate your comments and are pleased to hear that our home met your needs though we regret that the building's common areas didn’t reflect the same quality. We want to reassure future guests that while the building’s hallways and shared spaces are managed by a separate HOA, we immediately report any concerns brought to our attention—like the trash issue you mentioned, which was addressed after our follow-up. The interior of the condo is our focus, and we’re committed to keeping it clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We'd love to welcome you again and ensure a better overall experience.
