Nestled near the Lonsdale Quay, this unique fully furnished FLOATING suite sits at the Mosquito Creek Marina, North Vancouver, BC.

Mosquito Creek Marina is a secured gated community that overlooks downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park and has picturesque views of the local North Shore mountains.

Walking distance to the sea bus which takes you to downtown Vancouver, Lonsdale Quay where there is lots of food, shops, fun and entertainment.

Minutes drive or walk to local tourist attractions, beaches, local mountains and nature walks.

This brand new modern suite includes all new appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and gas fireplace. Free WIFI. Smart televisions in both living and bedroom. Bedroom has queen bed and living room has queen pullout couch.

Shared laundry (upon request) and secured private entrance on side of the home.

Note: parking is not included, however there is pay parking in the Marina secured lot adjacent to the property and pay parking in unsecured gravel lot (Indigo Parking). There is also 2hr free street parking around the Marina.

A unique experience in a lovely setting. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped and well appointed. An easy walk to the sea bus which seamlessly connects with the train from the airport and is very reasonably priced.Very easy to get a bus to the Capilano Suspension bridge.Very secure and peaceful.Marilyse was very responsive to any enquiries.

Overall it was a fun stay in a neat location and cozy warm. Make sure to bring an umbrella, it's a long walk in the rain from the parking lot.

Clean, shipshape, very much a houseboat. You'll get your sea-legs quickly, but the level ground may rock a bit when you're done with your stay! Had everything we needed.If you've got a young child in the 'big vehicles' stage, this is a great choice -- looking through the windows at the huge boat should be hours of fun! Kind of like living in a fire station! Be aware that it's a downstairs unit and the surrounding houses do block most of the open-water views, as well as the light in the winter. (Bet it's cool in the summer though.)Host was super-helpful.

Our family had an excellent stay over thanksgiving weekend at Sea La Vie! The property offered all things necessary to make our stay perfect. This location was very convenient on the North Shore, with close access to transportation like the Sea Bus and a variety of restaurants. Marilyse was a great, communicative. host and our family would surely stay here again!

Very clean, very quiet, very unique, very comfortable, very well equipped.It is quite a way from vehicle to the little silver floating house. A little disappointed there were no views of the spectacular surroundings from inside the space, however very close to travel to go see them all!

Great place in a cool location! Host was wonderful and communication was easy. Location was 10 min walk to Seabus station where you can take a 10 min ferry to downtown Vancouver. traffic in Vancouver is crazy so this was easy and cheap way to go vs driving or ride share options.

We loved our stay at floating retreat! It was located in such a peaceful environment. The apartment was immaculate and so beautifully designed. We were so lucky to spend some time with the owners. Such kind and thoughtful people with an adorable little dog. We would recommend the place to anyone.

The location, property and host were all excellent. It was just as nice, if not nicer than the photos provided. It was such a great and unique location. We enjoyed watching the seals, checking out the marine leaf including starfish and the bike paths. The only thing that could have made it better, is if we could have stayed longer! Great place!

What a wonderful oasis! Marilyse and Mike are wonderful hosts and the location in North Vancouver can’t be beat. Bonus points for the sealife - an otter and a seal.

OUTSTANDING stay at Sea La Vie. We almost booked a boring hotel for the same price - and I’m so glad we didn’t. This suite was the perfect location for both exploring downtown (super close to the SeaBus terminal) and enjoying the more outdoorsy North Van area. Marilyse and Mike could not have been more welcoming but also respected our privacy - allowing us to enjoy our visit in peace. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in their unique property. They’d thought of everything - from coffee pods to colouring pens for our kiddo. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family and we hope to return one day!
