This is a wonderful property! I would be eager to stay here next time I'm back in the city. The location and neighbourhood is fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better home base while in Vancouver.

A good, central location, but sorry... that's where it ends. This property needs repairs and updating. The furniture is old and stained; a rock-hard bed and uncomfortable pull-out; an ancient TV/monitor that cuts in and out; old, noisy kitchen appliances; broken lights and blinds; a rusting, hazardously slippery tub, and more.

Location was amazing. Parking for free was great. However, apartment is clearly not a long-term apartment situation
 It is a short term rental that could use some repairs. Every window is missing slats from its blinds, which gives the impression of a lack of privacy. The bathroom needs a really good deep clean. There’s mold in the tiles and mold on the shower curtain 
. the pink kind. The bathtub is rusty and very, very slippery.The washer and dryer in the bedroom in the pictures, the washer and dryer behind the door, but currently the doors off the hinges and just sitting in the wall. Management was quick to help us check in at the time of check-in, which did not work as easily as planned, but we did end up getting in. And management was easy to contact about certain concerns.

Location is AMAZING, includes parking (which is very $$ in Vancouver hotels) and host was very friendly and responsive. All the downtown attractions are in walking distance and the 2 minute Aquabus to Granville Island Market is at the end of the street. We came to town for a concert and this location is perfect. And did I mention Starbucks is 300 meters away? 100% recommended. We will be back. Thank you.

Excellent location! Quiet enough area to have open windows overnight. Secure parking area. Easy access to bike and walking paths. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location

This apt is in a great location to catch the ferries and is easily accessible to get around Vancouver. Building is secure and quiet.

Great location. Clean

The location was amazing. Steps to water taxi and all sights. Unit was clean. Blinds were broken and AC did not work efficiently so it was quite hot to sleep.

Property was in a great location- across from Granville Island. And very walkable to downtown - Gastown, Yaletown. Beaches, Canada Place (free shuttles to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, and cruise terminal) and more. Two nights, we walked to Kitsilano and ate at a cheap eat - Cockney King Fish and Chips, and a Michelin One Star and 10th best restaurant in Canada - Anna Lena. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Vancouver.

I liked the proximity to different businesses close by that I required for my trip and the convenience of food options near by. The space was quite clean and the bed was very comfy to sleep in.
