Inside, you’ll find a sleek, modern kitchen equipped with premium Gaggenau and Miele appliances, elegant stone benchtops, and concealed reverse cycle air conditioning for ultimate comfort. The residence is designed to maximize natural light and capture stunning views, creating an airy and inviting space. A dedicated parking space ensures added convenience.

The location is unbeatable, placing you just moments away from Port Melbourne’s vibrant dining scene, world-class theatre, sporting events, and beautiful parks. Essential amenities, including Woolworths, top schools, and shopping, are all within 500 meters, making The Evelyn ideal for anyone seeking a mix of luxury and lifestyle in Melbourne’s Bayside.

The home has a modern kitchen with everything you need, from an oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave to a toaster, kettle, and wine glasses. You’ll also find a washing machine and dryer, an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Extra blankets ensure comfort, while central heating and cooling keep the temperature just right.

A Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a dedicated study space with a desk and chair provide entertainment and connectivity. The balcony offers seating outside, and parking is available in the secure garage.

Note: A rollaway single trundle bed is available for use, which can be set up and moved into the study if needed. You'll find it stored in the Study. While it’s not pre-set, it’s ready for use. We’ve also provided a single doona, doona cover, sheet set, pillow with pillowcase, and a bath towel should you require them.

All linens and towels are included; however, lost or damaged linens and towels may incur additional costs.

KEYS
You can collect your keys from National Storage between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. If you're arriving or departing outside of these hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange an alternative solution. This is 100 meters (1 minute walk away) to the front door of The Evelyn.

Your unique key code will be included in the house manual, which will be sent to you 3 days before your stay.
