Please note: To use the pool during your stay, all guests are required to attend a mandatory induction with the building manager. Please bring a valid ID to the session. Guests who do not complete the induction will not be granted access.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the shared pool, lounge area, and BBQ area. Please make yourselves at home!

All the attractions of Bay Street are a five-minute drive from your stay, from cafes and restaurants to boutique shopping and lively pubs, or take a 10-minute stroll down to the sands of Port Melbourne Beach via Local Rules Coffee Roasters for your morning caffeine fix. The historic Princes Pier is a further 10-minute stroll along the sand, while there are plenty of green spaces within a short walk of your stay including Buckingham Reserve and Julier Reserve.
