Host was great with communication. Very cute duplex and walking distance to Stockyards(I believe it was .8 miles). Host decorated the house beautifully and we had a very comfortable stay. The beds were so comfy! The inside of the house could use a little bit of repairs but it did not effect our stay at all. Perfect size for us as well(3 adults one toddler).

I highly recommend this lovely home near the stockyards! It’s much roomier than it appears to be and was perfect for my family. We were visiting our TCU student and this home was about 20 minutes from TCU but only a few minutes from the stockyards. Host was responsive, house was clean. The exterior is not ideal, but don’t let that deter you…the inside was very nice and had all the amenities we needed.

The duplex was very clean inside, smelled very clean,the bed slept good,shower was excellent, fridge was clean and cold. This place was correct on its distance from activity's. We would stay here again.

What a lovely place!!! My parents and I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the place. It’s very close to the Stockyards, we walked there most of the time, only about 25min.. Communication with Mandi was great! Would 100% stay there again!

Did not realize the property was a duplex until we arrived. It was not in the property description when booking. It was stated in reviews (that i didnt read until we got there so thats on me). The space was clean and the beds were comfy.The location is great if you are planning to visit the stockyards. The space was perfect for a quick trip but being a duplex may make longer trips more difficult. If you like to sit outside this is not the best choice. There really isnt a place to sit or hangout comfortably. The other half of the duplex appears to have permanent tenants so hanging out outside may disturb them as well. The mosquitoes were terrible on the front porch and the front yard was a little overgrown making that an unusable space to sit.We were not there long enough for this to be a major issue for us.The host was extremely responsive. Would book again for another quick trip.

Fort Worth Trip

The location of this property was great! We walked to the Stockyards which was about a mile away! We enjoyed our stay! Our only suggestion would be that the check in and out process needs clarity!

Mandi was great at communicating throughout the trip, property was good except for some toilet issues but Mandi was super responsive and got it fixed quickly. Overall had a good stay

Home was adequately stocked. Close to all the attractions. Beds comfortable. Clean. Would stay again. Neighborhood is older but we had no issues with neighbors or area.

Mapping property was a bit off. Took us down an alley first. Drove around and found it. Describe it as a duplex to make it more easily found. No pics of front of property on website.Street side of property could have been better. Unit next door had lots of cars in the driveway and was a little scary looking due to the junk laying around. Neighborhood felt very safe.Had issues with the entry keypad. Got to be careful where you first touch it to activate it. Easy to press wrong number to get it to activate.Lots of problems with internet. Finally gave up.Light bulb out in lamp in master bedroom. Master bath needs towel bar. In closing, very clean, comfortable, good location. Enjoyed our stay!

One of the rooms has a bed that is listed as a queen/full but is more of a twin. Definitely can’t fit 2 people in it comfortably. Guessing it is a twin XL? Not sure. The master bedroom bedding also had some stains on it. Everything else was as listed in the posting and the location is great if you are going to the stockyards! Very convenient. The neighborhood is a little run down, doesn’t seem safe to walk around - we chose to still uber to the stockyards even though we were in walking distance.
