It's a nice older house and was very comfortable especially the orange chairs in the living room. The neighborhood felt safe and we took several walks. We enjoyed our stay.

This was an excellent value! For the price, I wasn't expecting high end/luxury amenities; the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the living room and kitchen were very suitable for the simple meal preparation we did and for relaxing together. The neighborhood was pleasant and has sidewalks, so you can safely enjoy a nice walk. The host was very communicative and answered questions very quickly. The neighborhood is adjacent to a few bars and clubs and it's off a pretty busy street; if you are light sleeper you might consider bringing ear plugs. We really only noticed the noise on Friday and Saturday night; the other nights were relatively peaceful. Location was convenient to highway access, and it was affordable to take an Uber to the places we wanted to go but didn't want to have to deal with parking and traffic (ie the Stockyards). I would certainly not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect place in Ft Worth

This house was spacious, clean and located in a great neighborhood. Super close to the stockyards and TCU. We really enjoyed it!

For the age of the house, owner has done good with some upgrades. Not a fan of the location and the ability to hear EVERYTHING around outside, ie: dogs barking all night, a house nearby playing loud music late at night, and cars racing up and down highway at all hours of the night. On a positive note, its a quick drive to the stockyards and easy accessibility to the freeway.

Great spot!

Comfortable, convenient and cozy! Had everything we needed, there were 4 of us (4 adults and 2 kids), everyone was super happy. Will be back next time we visit Ft Worth!

Quaint adorable house

My family and I stayed here and it was such an adorable house. The wooden floors creaking as I walked through the house brought me back to my childhood and staying at my great grandmothers house. Clean and roomy. Just as stated inline.

Home away from home

Home is lovely. It is well stocked with every comfort. Even an air fryer, which i had never used before but will now be purchasing. Jason answered my concerns promptly and thouroughly. He is a great host. There when you need him otherwise not. Great value home

Close to Stockyards

We were a bit disappointed with the area when we arrived, but it was very convenient and close to the stockyards. The washer was broken, there was a moldy coffee filter left in the coffee maker and a problem with ants as well as cleanliness. I contacted the property manager about the washer, filter and cleanliness. He responded that the washer was being replaced the day after we left and he would let his cleaning person know about the other stuff. There is a bar really close by that we could hear music coming from very late at night. Neighborhood is older and a little sketchy, but we did feel safe. I would not recommend for a girls trip though.
