Big Saltwater Pool close to Tex Rail

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are less than a mile to light rail that goes to DFW airport, Grapevine Main Street, Stockyards, and Downtown Ft Worth, Panther Island Stadium, Bass Performance Hall, Ft Worth Convention Center, Cultural District, and so much more. Large , 10ft deep, 40,000 gallon saltwater pool for the group to enjoy on hot summer days. Within 4 miles are all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for. Location is north of Loop 820 in North Richland Hills. We try to not have the pool service or yard people come during your stay but if we have back to back reservations there is a chance someone will be there during your stay. Pool is not heated in cool months.

We enjoyed our stay. Daniel was very responsive!!! It was very clean. The location is great. We would definitely stay again. If you go in December check out The Light Park and Interlochen Lake lights.

The house was great and the beds were super comfortable. The hot water for the shower would not get hot no matter how long you ran it. The BBQ is falling apart and was scary to use.

Great weekend adventure

Daniel/Diane were amazing hosts! Property was extremely clean and very accommodating. Location was perfect for spending the weekend in Fort Worth, everything within a short driving distance. Great experience!

Cute house. Great size pool.

We felt the house was not cleaned as it should have been. We walked in and there was no fresh clean smell especially since someone had stayed in the house the weekend before. There was black algae in the pool. The pool needs some maintenance.

overall thoughts - it was ok and worked better than a hotel for having everyone in one house vs. separate hotel rooms. the house could be really nice, but is in desperate need of some TLC and a good cleaning.

Great central location!

We enjoyed our stay! This house accommodates to everything you need. Very clean pool with towels provided. Large bedrooms & bathrooms. The neighborhood is very quiet but centrally located around anything we needed we never drove further than 20 mins!

Good Family Vacation

The house was exactly as described and very clean and well kept. We did not get to use the pool but looked nice. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit soft for our liking but the kids liked their rooms. The owners were fast to respond. Would book again.

Weekend getaway

House was nice and clean. We stayed in the spring of the year and the pool was not utilized because it is not heated. We knew that and didn't care, the backyard was nice to lounge inaround in anyway.

Safe and Quiet Neighborhood

The owners were great and easy to work with, and the neighborhood felt super safe and quiet which was nice. They provided everything you might need if flying, which is amazing - including trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoos/conditioners, spices, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. They even had a lot of spices. The beds were comfy too. Overall, would stay here again and was better than multiple hotels rooms. However, the third bedroom definitely did not have the privacy. There was a glass sliding door that doesn’t fully shut with shear white curtains in it, so anyone in the living room can see inside. The other thing I will say is that the third bedroom only had one outlet in it, which fortunately I had an extension cord to run a CPAP, but was an issue. The overhead lighting in all of the bedrooms wasn’t working while we were there either. And we were a bit afraid to play with it when the breaker blew in the second bedroom on our first night there. The second bathroom is nice, but if you are taller, the shower is quite short. I am 5’8” and I had to tilt it a lot to not have to bend down. We had a 1 year old with us, and the house is definitely not friendly to toddlers. Cabinets were hiding what looked like construction in areas that weren’t completed, and outlets were required with extension cords running to stuff instead of having working outlets. The kitchen cabinets also had a lot of spider webs and dirty pans.

Nice Stay

We came to Dallas for a Cowboys game. The home was nice, the host was amazing, we had everything we needed! Our trip was delayed due to a snow storm, we missed our first night, the host was kind enough to extend our trip by one night free of charge! This kind gesture was much appreciated!! We had a great stay, thank you again!
