Very nice home, well decorated and spotless had everything we needed the outdoor area was great! Would definitely love to come back.

Desert X Visit with Family

The property was just as advertised. It was stylish and exceptionally clean. All the amenities were provided and the beds were all very comfortable. Check in and communication with the host were very easy. The spa at night was so relaxing with the beautiful views of the San Bernardino mountains. The location was very central for us (we were there for Desert X).All three of us agreed we'd definitely book again. Our stay was lovely.

Family Time

Desert hot springs stay was the most attractive place the house was so clean and everything you need is there. Also for the pool that was the most relaxing and fun part for me and my kiddos. Also let me also mention the own was alway available for all my questions and needs. So if your planning a trip and your looking for house this one is the best I definitely come back the neighborhood great location Thanks again for having us

The only problem I found was the 3rd bedroom. A/C unit right outside the window was very noisy, especially when turning on and off. Not possible to sleep in that room. I slept in the lounge on sofabed, so not really a 3 bedroom property in my opinion.

We're glad to hear the check-in, cleanliness, and communication all worked out well during your stay, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. We're sorry the A/C unit outside the third bedroom caused noise issues, especially during the extreme desert heat when it works harder to keep the home cool. We're having the unit serviced to help reduce the noise going forward, as this hasn't been a common concern before. The third bedroom does meet all city standards and is fully usable, but we understand comfort matters and want every space to feel restful for our guests. Thank you again for letting us know, and we hope future guests will notice the improvements once the servicing is complete.
