We are Located in the Oasis Resort in Palm Springs, a gated community set in lush gardens and views of the San Jacinto Mountains, a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. City of Palm Springs ID 4511.
Our unit was remodeled in September 2021. The Oasis boasts 9 spas, 8 salt water pools, 5 tennis courts, Pickle ball court and bocce ball courts.
We recently updated the kitchen with new granite countertops and backsplash and installed new stainless steel appliances. We have a vaulted great room, 2 Bedrooms + Den with queen bed & 2 full Baths (4 Adults + 2 children), Cable tv & wifi.
10 Minutes to downtown Palm Springs, 5 minutes to Palm Springs Surf Club

One Level Villa 1,340 sq ft

The home comes with 2 adult and 2 childrens bikes for exploring Tahquitz Creek loop which is just a few minutes away

We have 2 patios, one for sunshine, one for shade. The best of both worlds.

Thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home in Palm Springs. Great amenities, comfy beds, beautiful bathrooms, spacious layout, and great neighborhood. 10 to 15 minute drive to everything in town. We would definitely recommend this home.

Great place, lovely, clean and well appointed. Owner is friendly and helpful. One thing to be aware of is that this property abuts 111/Palm Canyon (the main road in town) so you do hear traffic noise, especially anytime you are outdoors. We still enjoyed ourselves once we got used to the noise, and did really enjoy the neighborhood, pool and even the outdoor spaces full of birds, lovely landscaping and comfortable seating for dining and visiting with family.

Spacious Oasis

We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces here. The grill and dining area, as well as the outdoor fire pit on cool nights gave and range of experiences to our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to entertain guests. The resort itself is well maintained with many pools, hot tubs and walkways.

Perfect home for vegging and launching adventures

We loved everything about our "digs", from.the comfy beds to the well provisioned kitchen and lovely decor. It was perfect for hosting our 2 sets of guests... and they were very impressed with how nice and comfy it is! We also enjoyed walking the lovely paths through the large compound with its large fountains and perfectly manicured landscapes...with olenty of bougainvillea

Great stay

My cousin and I did a quick little trip to Palm Springs and oasis paradise was the perfect spot. We both worked remote during the day and explored at night. In a great location to see lists of the must see spots in Palm Springs. We will be back!

Great location and comfortable

We loved the Oasis Resort and hope to stay here again. The beds at David’s unit were comfortable (important to me), the kitchen and baths were nicely updated. The pool is great and steps away from the unit. All is just as it appears in the photos.

Great getaway spot

Had a wonderful stay at this resort condo! The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and spacious + the kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend away. Loved all the outdoor space too and the location is fantastic, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs The property is also great with tennis courts, 8 heated pools and 9 hot tubs! Check-in was also a breeze. Hope to come back soon!

Palm Springs Getaway

The property was beautifully decorated and true to the photos. The proximity of the property to all amenities was excellent. We enjoyed some great hiking, golf, downtown PS on Thursday night. We enjoyed visiting with the other visitors and year round neighbors alike. The pool right across the driveway was a plus.

Great stay!

The home was just perfect for our stay and out host, David, was super communicative and helpful. My only helpful hint is to be sure to read the help book on the coffee table if you are having problems getting the living room tv to work correct. It took us forever to figure out and it was clearly explained in the binder lol

Really an Oasis

Great location central to everything. The house was beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were right across the street. Very private. It was too warm to sit outside but the property has a great patio. I loved the kitchen. Equipped with everything. Had access to pool toys, bikes, garage to keep vehicle cool. Overall a very nice place. David was the perfect host. Responded quickly to my questions.

Spacious and updated

David's place was extremely roomy. The beds were so comfortable! One of the many pools on the property is directly across the street from the driveway. It has everything you need. 2 Grocery stores are just down the highway. I left a my jewelry in a drawer because we were rushing and he was so wonderful to have his house keeper send it to me!

Another Gem at the Oasis

This casita condo comes highly recommended. It is very roomy, fully remodeled with good light, fun high end updated decor, comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and several outside seating areas. Everything in the condo is in good working condition! The only drawback is road noise from 111 which is only noticeable outside in the back area. The closest cozy pool is just yards away across the driveway which is very quiet and private. The owner/manager is a text message away and very responsive. The touchpad on the door lock was not working so with the owner’s guidance we used a very simple online phone App to enter and exit. The Oasis office staff are very accessible and efficient as well. This condo is within a well established and well maintained resort that is very close to grocery stores and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. Three thumbs up from us!

Cozy but dated

The resort is amazing! We loved walking through it and trying different pools. We also met some really nice people. We walked daily and hiked Tacquitz Canyon, Oswit Canyon and Earl Henderson trail. All the main stores are only a short drive away. The layout in the condo is good. It is cozy and comfortable. However in the description it says that it has recently been completely renovated. I think that's a bit of a stretch. The place is very dated and certain things are just not working. The sliding closet doors in the master bedroom stick and are definitely not new. Also the barn doors in the second bedroom aren't really installed correctly, a little uneven. The screen to the bedroom sliding doors keeps falling off so we stopped using it. There were more issues but David had them taken care of as soon as I messaged him. The main road that passes behind the condo is very noisy day and night. So you can't really sit outside and talk comfortably. The main shower is great! It's huge and has two rainfall showers. The kitchen is great and very well stocked.The gas stove is new and so is the fridge. All in all we were happy and had a great time. It's just a little exaggerated to say that it has been fully renovated. It still needs a bit of work. David is a great host who responds immediately to any message and has things taken care of as soon as possible.
