The property was great! The best attraction was how close it was to the beach! The view was perfect and literally steps away from the beach. The rooms were nice, description was accurate, and overall had a good amount of room. I would recommend bringing kitchen supplies such as oven sheet pans and an extra skillet as the supplies is limited. Though overall we really enjoyed our stay and sitting outside on the patio watching the waves.

The house was clean and organized. I would just add beach towels are included with bath towels and it would be nice to have a larger griddle for pancakes etc... Another suggestion is to have an outdoor shower to decrease the amount of sand brought into the house. It would also help prevent sand building up in the pipes. An 11 AM checkout would be a bonus.

Great Place to Visit

This is a very nice location with a private beach, beautiful home, and easy to get to. Only thing that I would recommend to the owner is that he provides a few essentials such as salt/pepper, a few seasonings, sugar, a little bottle of oil (all things we left that we had purchased and is hopefully still there for the next renters) and a game or two. A box with 3 parts of different games in it isn't helpful for windy days. Even a deck of cards would be appreciated by a lot of people.

The location of this beach house is absolutely perfect! It was right on the beach and even separated from the public beach so it was never crowded. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like. I chose a house that had enough beds to accommodate all of our guests, but even if we needed more room, there are extra mattresses underneath some of the beds. The kitchen could use some updating, but everything worked and it was fully stocked with everything you might need. Also, I should have noticed ahead of time that the coffee maker uses coffee grounds and not k-pods. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book this house again!

The property was great because of the walk to the private beach. The view and proximity were amazing. The Host, Travis, was great as well! It was a great rental. The house needs some updates. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pans, cooking sheets etc. Not a lot of updates in the kitchen for someone who cooks while on vacation 50% of the time. We would stay again.

Views were phenomenal and no obstructed view. Kitchen could use some new pans for eggs and bacon etc… needed more forks and management brought them within 10 minutes. Very kind property owner. Clean property.
