Set right on the Emerald Hills Golf Course, this brand-new townhome offers spectacular golf course views and provides everything you need for an unforgettable stay. With three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 luxurious bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates family and friends. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to create delicious meals, while the cozy living area, complete with an electric fireplace, invites relaxation. Watch the golfers from your private balcony and enjoy the peaceful surrounds.

Step out to the double garage where you'll find bikes ready for you to explore the area's scenic bike trails. The outdoor BBQ grill and mini-fridge are perfect for summer cookouts, and a foosball table adds a fun touch for evening entertainment. In addition to the gorgeous golf course, this townhome is only a two-minute walk from Arnolds Park Amusement Park, making it easy to enjoy the roller coasters, games, and lakeside views. The area also offers plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and concerts, ensuring there’s always something to do. Just a short drive away, the waterpark is a favourite for families.

This whole property is strictly no smoking or vaping. we would prefer you do not book this home if you or anyone travelling with you are smokers.

Parties and events also not allowed. Fines will apply.

One well behaved smaller NON shedding dog may be allowed. Please let us know first if you’d like to bring your fur baby. A $75 pet fee will apply. Sorry no puppies under 12 months.

While we are Australian and live in Australia, we will always be on hand should you need anything. Our son lives nearby so will jump in and answer any questions if the time zone differences mean we are sleeping at the time of your enquiry. We do hope you enjoy our subtle Aussie touches in the home which makes it our little bit of Aussie in our favourite part of mid west America.

End your day with live music or a concert at Preservation Plaza or at one of the local bars for a lively evening out.
