We really enjoyed staying in this house. It was great for our family. The train station really is close and convenient for getting to the city.Kevin and Winnie were very easy to communicate with.We would recommend it wholeheartedly.

It's a 5 bedroom clean house in a good location to get to places from there. It lacks a few things though, for a 5 bedroom house, there are 2 separate dining tables with only 4 chairs each, would have been lovley to have a single larger dining table. With so many rooms it would have been nice to have a second TV.The lounge was comfortable, but it was a little tight for the number of people in the house.There is a video camera at the door, which a few of the people that I stayed with joked on that we are being spied on, maybe that is something to consider?The people we dealt with were communicative and easy to deal with.

nice big property

I was originally apprehensive finding a property that would be able to cater for a group of 6 adults, but this property is more than adequate to the point no one felt like they were living on top of one another. really nice property and all amenities are with in walking distance. really enjoyed our stay :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family loved the house and the location was great being close to public transport and not too far to access the freeway by car. Everything we needed was provided in the house. This house would definitely be our first choice of accommodation if we come back to Melbourne. Thanks Kevin & Winnie for accommodating us.

The house was in a good location. The inside of the house was very clean and hate great selection of beds. Would have been great for a bigger area to sit in in the evening with all the guest. Outside was not very appealing.

We booked this place for a month as we had families visiting from overseas. I can say that it was a great decision to book this place as it has everything we could need. Not only the photos and descriptions were accurate, but also Kevin and Winnie were thoughtful and caring guests. They were also great at communication and responsive to any queries or help request. The house was clean and well kept. It's spacious in and out. Had enough beds, seatings and so to easily accommodate large groups of up to 8-10 people. The kitchen had all basic essentials and so did the bathrooms and toilets. Basic cleaning items were also provided. Our families enjoyed and were very comfortable throughout the stay. The central heating and cooling are excellent. The locality was safe and clean. Being near to train station was a plus point. Will definitely recommend this place and will book again when next needed. Thank you Kevin and Winnie!

great location for us interstaters, right next to train so transporting to places was fantastic. nice warmly house for accommodating high numbers.The only negative was a few of the mattresses were too firm for us. other than that 4 stars
