If it is oceanview you are looking for then look no further! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2nd floor condominium at North Breakers has it from nearly every room. The living and dining area are uncommonly large and set the perfect stage for family gathering whether to play games, enjoy dinner or just watch some television. The master bedroom with a king bed and private bath is just off the living area and has access to the front balcony facing the ocean. The second bedroom has a king bed with balcony access and the third bedroom has one queen bed with a bonus room offering one set of bunk beds and a twin trundle. All bedrooms have a television. The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated in the spring and fall, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Bedding Includes: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Bunk with trundle

Small pets under 35 pounds are accepted for a $150 non-refundable charge.

Excellent location

Such a wonderful time. Easy beach access for ourselves and our bikes. Beautiful grounds and everyone very friendly. Quick to get to the village and places to eat. The unit was very large and had terrific beach views. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The furniture was my only disappointment. Just worn and not comfy. Overlooked by how nice our time was. Would rebook.

St Simmons Fall Break 2023

Love the location, floor plan, interior design, and the spectacular view of the morning sunrise. I do have two negative comments. First the window covering in the primary bedroom had an odor. It may have been saturated in doggie urine or it may have been the rug. Secondly, the sand on the patio should be part of housekeeping duties. There was a good amount of sand along the Sliding Glass bottom frame. One suggestion since it is a pet-friendly condo, perhaps eliminate all the rugs. Overall love the place and will definitely rent the condo again!!

Conference at the Island

Lots of room for 3 couples and 2 children. Kids loved the bunk beds and playroom!! End unit gave great view of beach/ocean. Gated complex for added security. Just around the corner from conference at King and Prince was nice convenience. Definitely will return!

Peaceful & Beautiful

We stayed in one of the units with a beach view and it was simply beautiful! The condo was recently renovated and so nice. St. Simon is just peaceful, good shopping, and great food!

Very nice condo

This property was exactly what we were looking for! We were in town for a family wedding and this condo was able to support three families. It was everything as described in the listing.

3 day stay

This was just as advertised. The only problems I had was small roaches, mosquitoes, gate code did not work at arrival (they did not update my code) and I could not get out of the boardwalk gate to the ocean, I had to sit on the wall to reach around to put my code in. Other than that is was a great area. I drove to Driftwood beach to take pictures at sunrise one morning.

Great Stay!

Our group, consisting of four adults and three boys, ranging in age from 12-15, just returned from a wonderful week at this lovely condo. The space was so clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the location / proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat! We enjoyed morning coffee on the front patio and loved watching the storms roll in from the same location in the evenings. This is a GREAT place and we would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great week on SSI!

Even Better than Hoped for! Perfect 1st VAC since CV19!

We have stayed in a number of VRBO properties and all have been very good--but this was the BEST! 2 Seniors, 2- 40+ Adults, and two Doggies were so very pleased. One level, elevators, wonderful furnishings, 3 huge BR's with Baths, comfy beds, great appliances--you name it this condo has it! And the view of the Ocean was spectacular--so peaceful and refreshing on a huge balcony with plenty of seats and space. We voted this the BEST we have ever stayed in and plan to book again.

Great location, deck, and views; beautiful large living spaces

Lovely week here with our kids and dog; we loved the pool and hot tub and the great wide beach. The condo was so clean and roomy with such pretty new and comfortable furnishings; a great place to relax after a long day in the sun! The kitchen is well stocked, we had everything we needed. The oceanfront porch was our favorite place for coffee and breakfast and reading in the mornings. We rode bikes to dinners, brewery, shopping; there are nice trails for running/walking all over the island. After exploring, this really was the most ideal location and nicest beach! Thanks, will rent again on our next visit!

Perfect oceanfront

Clean (so clean!), fully-stocked, quality bedding and furnishings. Great contact w/ property mgmt (called after our first night to make sure all was good - a first). This unit has recently been redone and it pleasantly reflects. You will want for nothing during your stay. An easy walk (5-7 mins) to get bike rentals, four restaurants, c-store w/ ample beverage selection. By far the best experience out of 10+ vrbo we have done.

Girls Trip Success

There were 8 girls on our trip. This condo was perfect as we each slept comfortably. The views were fantastic and we each appreciated the cute decorations and complementary drinks. Everything was convenient and properly clean. We will be booking this same condo again in the future.
