Our brand-new suite is a charming, French country-inspired retreat, perfect for couples seeking romance or friends in need of a cozy getaway. With a vibe that transports you straight to a rustic cottage in the countryside, this is the spot for slowing down, making memories, and enjoying life’s little luxuries with the people who matter most.

This property is a guest suite in the garden level of our home, with its own private entrance. Parking is in a shared driveway.

The place was spotless and beautifully decorated. Sophie was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host who made the place feel just like home. We kept discovering little surprises as we explored, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We had such a wonderful stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The little touches like tea & coffee, a stocked bathroom of supplies and comfy blankets, made it feel extra homey.The location was perfect, close drive to the ocean but still quiet and peaceful. Our host was kind and responsive, which made check-in and communication so easy. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy retreat!

We loved the place! The suite was absolutely amazing! Sophie and Benjamin did a fantastic job and made us feel like we were at a French Country cottage. They though of everything, down to the very last detail. We enjoyed the gas firepit in the evenings too. Beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was fully stocked. Communication was excellent and we would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a getaway and we will hopefully be back one day!Thank you Sophie and Benjamin

Nice suite with fun personal touches

Walk-out basement suite with private outside sitting area, even a little fireplace. Lots of fun personal touches, like a cabinet dedicated to popcorn, coffee and tea options, and a magazine dedicated to the suite. Spacious bathroom with a clawfoot tub, decent sized sitting room too. If you have one extra person, the couch is plenty large enough to sleep the night. We were towing a boat this trip, and the hosts gave accurate information about parking. Ben helped guide us in so that we were able to get the entire rig off the street witjout unhitching. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, we felt much better about overnigting here with a boat than in a hotel parking lot. The Reef is juat 25 minutes from Langdale ferry terminal and easy to find. Highly recommended.

Great stay at the Reef

We had an amazing time at the reef. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and the inside was comfortable and well-kept. Incredible!!! Down to every thoughtful detail!

From the minute we walked in we were so impressed with the cleanliness, thoughtful extras and beautiful decor. Sophie and her partner have literally thought of everything! Super comfortable beds and bedding, delicious coffee and super quiet!They have Netflix and crave for movie watching :) and extra toiletries in the bathroom if you forget anything. We absolutely will be back! It was a great stay!

Charming suite

A wonderful retreat at the end of each busy day this lovely suite had everything we could ask for to rest and unwind. The beds were so very comfortable, the towels and robes extra fluffy, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and much more! I highly recommend this suite and I hope to return someday soon.
