Pets
1 dog is permitted during your stay. There is a pet fee of $100.00 per stay. This fee is automatically calculated when guests book for a pet. Pets are not allowed on the beds. It is expected that guests clean up after their pet outdoors.

For safety and property security, there is one outdoor camera located on the driveway only. It does not face any private or indoor areas. does NOT have audio.

Katherine Lake is 20 minutes from the home. Great place to take the kids.

Ruby lake and Dan Bosch is located 25 minutes from the home.

Mount Daniel is a great hike and is 20 minutes from the home.

Grocery, Liquor and convienient store 10 minutes from the home.

**Air mattress is available if you have more guests. Plenty of space for it in the living area just not going to be private**
