Great place to stay

House was huge with 2 stoves 2 kitchen tables great for big groups and stocked with a variety of cooking utensils. Great location for riding side by sides as you can ride from property to trail heads. We relaxed with a nice fire outside and played horse shoes. Very friendly people.

Always above and beyond

This is the third time we’ve rented this house and but doesn’t disappoint at all. The kitchen is stocked with anything you’d need to cook up anything during our stay. The beds are all comfortable and the staff managing the house is more than willing to help out when anything came up. We will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful House

This property was excellent for our gathering. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable beds. The Kitchen was well equipped with all things that you would need. The dining room had enough sitting that we could all sit down at the same time. The view from the porch where we spent most of our time was absolutely stunning. We would come back to this BEAUTIFUL OLD FARMHOUSE is an instant with our family.

Beautiful farm house

Best equipped vrbo we have stayed in, from the frig space to the well appointed kitchen. Lots of room in the house and on the property.Beautiful valley setting, secluded yet close to town. My only very minor complaints would be that while the property is on the river, access is not too easy, and you can ride utvs from the property to the trails, but you have to get on 50mph road for several miles. Neither of these things prevented us from having a great time.Would highly recommend this to future travelers.

The location and home were excellent and the host was responsive and friendly. I did find the description of the property’s “private access” to the White River misleading since you’re only allowed to fish it with a guide. Their recommended guide, Wade, was great but I had imagined a stay where I was able to walk out the back door and fish every morning where as you have to drive 15-20 min to public access points. I feel like the description should be edited from “private access” to “access with a guide” to avoid any confusion. The guide rule is kind of buried at the end of the House Rules section. The proximity to the ranch’s horses and working dogs was a real treat. The size of the kitchen and number of beds made for a good location for large group.

Fabulous Place!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to ha g our hats for our 9 day hunt in Meeker. The house is spacious, updated and still has a classic 1900’s feel to it. Would definitely return to this place in the future.
