Not worth the price. Our condo wasn’t very clean, empty bottles of shower gel in the shower, things on the walls from previous guests, broken handle to door, no hot water in one bathroom, dishwasher didn’t work. Poor communication with host. Sent a message to the host, hot water was fixed on last day of our stay. There was no follow through from the host. Not a luxury stay in my book.

I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — the cleanliness issues you described (leftover toiletries and marks on the walls), the broken door handle, the dishwasher not working, and the lack of hot water in one bathroom are unacceptable. I also apologize that our communication did not resolve these problems in a timely way. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We regret the disappointment and will work to ensure these issues are corrected for future guests.

The unit was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Were a large family of 6. My only complaint was the unit is not equipped for a family of 6 for a longer stay. There was only 1 small 8in pan to cook with for pans. I struggled to make meals for our family with provided baking dishes and pans. There also wasnt enough extra bedding left for us to set the couch up as a bed. Thankfully we always bring some blankets in long car rides that saved us. I certainly think a family of 6 for 5 days could use more then 2 new rolls of tp and 2 rolls left on the holders... and 2 trash bags wasnt enough. We asked the hotel for extra trash bags and they didnt really want to provide them as it was a vrbo rental but they did to help us out. My absolute biggest issue was we left and item totally our fault but i messaged within a day, got no response, they requested a review so I messaged once more asking if they could just check for the skiing item we forgot that im happy to pay shipping anf for the inconvenience and still nothing for a reply back and thats poor communication and business ownership in my eyes. A simple we looked and did not find would be appropriate. We left the unit as spotless as we got it with the exception of leaving a few items in the fridge and freezer instead of throwing them away incase the cleaners wanted.Just didnt feel the unit had appropriate supplies for the time and guest #. I would still stay in this unit in the future but id know to pack more extras!

The unit is amazing! It is beautiful and clean! The check in once we got there was very smooth. The staff was courteous and kind. My kids where here for spring break and it was great. It wasn't overly packed and there was something to do everyday. They property manger checked on us throughout our stay. We needed for nothing. 10/10.

This rental would have got the 5 stars had I got my check in sooner & didn’t have to call and text for information. The property itself is beautiful. We love the resort and the 5 minute walk to the beach! Bring your own seasonings! Overall- a great stay!

Our room was perfect for what we needed. Three adults and three kids were very comfortable. Convenient to beach and the kids LOVED the water park being on site. So did the adults! We had a wonderful time! Communication with the host was excellent. They were clear in their instructions.
