Appartement 3 pièces au calme absolu "An den Isarauen", proche du centre

"Sur les prés de l'Isar" et à seulement 20 minutes du centre-ville de Munich: L'appartement de 3 pièces chic et très lumineux dans un emplacement privilégié exclusif est à l'étage supérieur d'une spacieuse maison jumelée de type villa située directement sur une prairie et possède sa propre entrée extérieure privée. Une chambre avec lit double et secrétaire, salle de bain attenante (WC, baignoire et bidet) et vestiaire avec placards, un salon avec canapé, canapé-lit très confortable et lit d'invité pour 3 personnes supplémentaires pouvant utiliser la salle de douche séparée (WC, cabine de douche) et une spacieuse , une cuisine entièrement équipée avec coin repas et un grand balcon couvert sud-ouest (salon de jardin vous attend) se traduisent par une surface habitable totale de 77 m². L'ameublement / intérieur est solide et de haute qualité mais aussi pratique et assez confortable, il correspond à l'ambiance sophistiquée. Bien sûr, toutes les choses nécessaires et utilisées quotidiennement sont disponibles, u. a. propre machine à laver avec sèche-linge et WiFi gratuit.

Tous les commerces et les meilleurs restaurants internationaux sont accessibles à pied en 5 à 8 minutes.

Une station de location de vélos électriques (MVG) est à seulement 200 mètres.

Quiet and convenient

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the shops and restaurants of central Grünwald. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay, and Stephan is an attentive host. It’s particularly nice to have a parking spot instead of looking for a place on the street.

Perfect stay!

We all LOVED our stay at Stephan's house! The views out to the yard and field are beautiful. There's a little balcony off the main bedroom which was really nice. The place was spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We stayed at the property for a weekend and made our way into Munich during the day and the little town was so nice to come home to. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us Stephan :)

A Nice Find

Great location for a very reasonable price; Owner is very easy to work with and property was very sizeable and clean, with everything you might need [kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, TV, computer, phone, etc.; The high-efficiency washer / dryer was a very slow process, but that is the only thing I would change.... everything else was great, and I would stay here again.

Great stay in Grünwald

You’re not staying in the heart of Munich so there’s a bit of a journey to get to things, but it’s well worth it. Grünwald is lovely and quiet with shops and restaurants (we liked Kritamos), and the tram makes it easy to get to the center of Munich. The apartment felt very spacious - the pictures perhaps undersell how nice it is. Stephan is a helpful and thoughtful host. No complaints about anything- a great base for exploring Munich.

Ideaal gelegen verblijf voor een bezoek aan München: startpunt metro goed bereikbaar met auto, of tram; vandaar München in. Woning (stijl: vorige eeuw) is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je hoeft zelf niets aan te schaffen, behalve eten en drinken. Koffie, thee, frisdrank en meer is aanwezig. Stephan is zeer vriendelijk beantwoord vragen snel. Aanrader!

Beautiful - Inside and Out!

Very well-appointed apartment in lovely town just outside Munich. Absolutely everything we could possibly need was provided. Very comfortable! Loved the small town - many good restaurants, cafes, bakeries and also a variety of hiking/walking trails very close by. The host was thorough in his walk through and gave excellent suggestions. Outstanding!

Wir waren als Paar dort und kannten bereits die Umgebung. Es ist ein idealer Standort zum Radfahren, Spazieren, Wandern in den Bergen (mit entsprechender Anfahrt) oder Ausflügen nach München. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig unsere Ankunft verändern wollen (-1 Person, + 1 Tag frühere Anreise) und alles wurde unkompliziert vom Vermieter ermöglicht. Die Unterkunft hat quasi zwei separate Schlafzimmer, was uns wichtig war, darüber hinaus eine Wohnküche, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und großzügigen Balkon. Die Wohnung lässt an Komfort und Ausstattung keine Wünsche übrig. Selbst Computer/Drucker, Schreibutensilien inkl. Papier, Nähzeug, First-Aid-Ausstattung, Waschmittel, Bügeleisen -und brett sowie extra Bettzeug waren vorhanden, abgesehen von Spül-und Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster.... Wir haben eine derartige Ausstattung noch nicht erlebt. Großartig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
