Ich biete Ihnen hier meine schöne, zentral gelegene, absolut ruhige, gemĂŒtliche und moderne 3 Zi. Wohnung mit 2 DuschbĂ€dern (inkl. 2 WC) im EG an.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet, sehr zentral gelegen (10m zur nĂ€chsten Trambahnhaltestelle und 1/4h zum Hauptbahnhof) und befindet sich im Herzen von Bogenhausen – dem edelsten Stadtteil MĂŒnchens – ganz nah an der Isar, zwischen Chinesischem Turm und Friedensengel.

Great weekend stay in Munich with family of 6

We came to Munich as a family of 6 (kids 18, 16, 13, & 11). We loved the space. We were able to spread out with the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living room. The washer was a plus as we had 1 son coming in from being in the city already 2 weeks. GREAT bakery around the corner, AMAZING restaurant NEXT DOOR! We had lunch there one day and after-dinner drinks one night! Grocery close by & JUST on the corner is the bus stop that takes you into town. Also everyone raved about the GREAT water pressure with their showers! We really enjoyed this quiet apartment & neighborhood & would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay very convenient incredibly walkable to all of Munich sites. Great restaurants nearby no complaints.

Euro ‘24

Apartment was as advertised, clean, modern, comfortable. Walk to tram/bus station in < 1 minute. Grocery store - an easy 6-7 minute walk. Bakery and deli - 2 minutes. Recommendations - read a year old comment re living room poor lighting and it’s still poor. A floor lamp can’t cost that much. Couches were ok but no backing, dining chairs were bit unstable. Only complaint - lack of commitment to reimburse security deposit. Two weeks since departure and contacted host 2x and told credit comes from VRBO and still no reimbursement. Party was 5 retired mature and conscientious adults who left apartment in excellent condition so I know we’re entitled to the security deposit. Very disappointed

Revisit to Munich

After living in Munich over 30 years ago, we really enjoyed our return visit. The location of this VRBO was perfect. The area is clean, safe and convenient to public transportation. I highly recommend!

Fantastic Munich Apartment

Everything about this apartment was great, from the access and the location to the layout and practicalities. We are a family with 2 teens who loved that they got their own rooms after traveling together for 2 weeks. The ground floor location was a relief after dragging luggage around. And the design was clean and useful. Washer/dryer! The location by the Englischer Garten was fabulous - very leafy and quiet with multiple restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance. With multiple trams nearby, it was easy to get anywhere. Fantastic!

Christmas in Germany

We had a great time , the place was very nice and the owner very accommodating. There were a lot of rules , but my son lives in Germany and says that they were pretty standard . We were expecting a kitchen , so for those from outside of Germany might want to clarify that it’s tiny and only has a hot plate ! We punted though , and were still able to make a Christmas dinner on the 24th . Didn’t see a hot tub , but then we decided we didn’t need it . Check in was easy and the owner provided great instructions. Public transportation was steps away so the location was perfect .

Very responsive host

Chris was very responsive and helpful. The property was well cared for and very clean!! Definite upgrade from our England housing!! Lots of rules, but these keep the housing in great shape!! Thank you Chris and sorry for my late response for the heating check/fix. It definitely worked as the housing was warm.

The location of this property is very convenient for getting around the city of Munich. Chris gave us good instructions on how to access the property along with his expectations of guests. While the apartment provides for all the necessities for travel, it could improve on the interior furnishing. I would recommend changing out the shower curtain each time a guests books the property. We found them both to be stale along with some mildew.

A perfect location!

It’s a perfect setup for two couples or a family! It’s a great location close (walkable) to the downtown sights, the English Gardens, and the public transportation. It’s also a quiet location. I highly recommend it!
