The bright and airy living area offers comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining area seats 6, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals at home. Enjoy breakfast indoors, sip your morning coffee on the balcony, or end your day watching spectacular sunsets over the water.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes 2 double beds, making this condo a great choice for families or small groups. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 guests and offers the perfect setting for a family vacation, couples getaway, or seasonal beach escape.

Located just steps from the white sandy beach and the warm Gulf waters, this Indian Shores vacation rental also offers access to the community pool and is close to local restaurants, attractions, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project that includes balcony work, concrete restoration, and painting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

During work hours, the pool may be temporarily unavailable for one to two hours depending on the work being completed that day; however, the pool remains open daily and is fully open all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary throughout the project.

Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed.

Beautiful views. Enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by almost every morning. Unfortunately it was too cold the week we were there to enjoy the pool. Would definately stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect and the view of the ocean and beach from the balcony was great. We had a problem with the lock breaking on the sliding patio door on the first night. Went to the office when they opened the next morning and within an hour the problem was fixed. the staff was extremely polite and professional. My wife and I will be booking this place again in the near future.
