Our property is situated in the prestigious Bird Area, an exclusive suburb of Taupo by the lake. You’ll be just 5 minutes from the CBD’s attractions and 10 minutes from the Wairakei area to the north and the airport to the south.

Our property offers secure parking within the gates for up to 4 vehicles, and additional street parking is available. Bikes are a fantastic way to get around Taupo, and from our location, it`s a convenient 10-minute flat walk to town along the scenic lakefront, or via Mere Rd and Te Heu Heu Street.

Our home boasts a beautiful garden area complete with a Weber BBQ, outdoor fireplace, and pool.

In the winter, enjoy the comfort of central heating and two fireplaces (wood and gas), with firewood provided for the indoor fireplace. The home remains cozy and warm throughout the colder months.

Both indoor and outdoor dining tables comfortably seat 10-12 people, making it perfect for gatherings.

The second lounge/playroom includes an additional TV and a selection of toys and books for children.

The main TV features SKY Sports and Netflix, while the playroom TV offers Netflix.

This property is ideal for two or more families, as well as for groups of couples or individuals looking for a spacious and versatile retreat.

The Spa is available all year round.
The pool is heated from October through to April, weather dependent.

Outdoor fire
Firewood is provided for the indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
If using the Outdoor fireplace, please close the large umbrella due to sparks.
Please don`t move the outdoor furniture closer to the fire in case of sparks.

The house rate is inclusive of a full clean upon your departure. Please leave the house tidy as found, and refer to checkout instructions for further details.
The central heating is a luxury, but expensive - please turn off when doors to outside are open.
Smoking and vaping are permitted outside only, please remove all butts safely.
Pets are allowed but please keep them outside and pick up all mess before checking out.
No tents or camping on the lawn.
No extra guests to overnight other than those paid for.
