My son and I stayed with our two dogs for 3 nights. Plenty of room and nice having a little yard out front. Cute neighborhood, large welcoming front porch , close to the theatre. Would book again :)

Very nice, clean and spacious accommodations for two people. We love the Grandin Center vibe and offerings from the many walkable restaurants. Front and back porch and deck were appreciated. We would not hesitate to return.

Great location, fun front porch!

We loved our stay in Grandin. The area is great, and our favorite was to sit on the porch with our morning coffee and letting our dog run in the front yard.

We had a nice extended stay in Roanoke with Evolve. We stayed for 10 nights with our pup! The house was in a nice location, generally clean and tidy, but lacked comfortable seating if you’re planning to hang out at the house. The shower/tub was also not our favorite experience, and we were a little disappointed with the fenced in yard as we were expecting the backyard would also be fenced. My husband and I thought it would be a nice place for a weekend visit when you’re planning to spend most time out and about vs. our extended stay situation, but overall a great value and our hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Location was great and easy walk to Gran din Suggest clean & sweep the front porch and cut grass before renters arrive. Add rugs at top level, once renters arrived it was really noisy when they were walking above.

Our stay was great! The fenced yard in the front was perfect for our pups! Our dogs are medium-large size and the fenced space was plenty large. The fence gates were easy to open so we added additional closures for safety. The bed was comfortable and the little day bed in the sunroom was perfect for our toddler! The kitchen had some but not all of the essentials. Plan to bring basic seasonings and any cooking oils you desire.

Excellent location

We loved being able to walk to Grandin Village and bike down the road to the Roanoke River Greenway. Coffee on the front porch was a nice way to start the day. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was nice. Make sure to grab TP, paper towels and trash bags if you are staying more than one night. I worked remotely for a few days from the dining room table and had no issues with Internet.

House was super easy to access. Parking was great and easy. Super nice to have off street parking tons of things very close to do from the theater to the co-op. We traveled with our nine-year-old daughter and having the playground within walking distance down the street was super convenient. Felt like a very safe area coming from a small town in Minnesota tons of restaurants right near all within walking distance. Walking distance meaning 2 to 4 blocks away. House was very clean and had nice utensils ready to use 10 out of 10 would stay here again!
