We are born in Anna Bay and grew up around the corner. Perry is a landscape/concreter and Roxy is a Town Planner. We work and live local and love Port Stephens, surf, beach, fishing and sunshine. WE love this place and want to share it

We love the idea of living near the ocean and getting outside more often than not.

LOCATION:
The property is located across the road from the ocean. Not everyone gets to experience such a location to live comfortably and be a stones throw to an ocean and beaches that offer every sea persons ocean loving options.
PROPERTY:
Newly installed entertaining decks with water views and seating for outdoor entertainment that is sunny, bright and weather protected all year round.
The house is two storey with an open floor plan and upstairs kitchen, living, dining. Upstairs contains the master bedroom and ensuite, Bed 3 with double bed, and main bathroom. All with air conditioning (hot/cold) for your comfort. The kitchen flows with living and dining and outdoor entertaining decks with water views and BBQ provided and overlooks the yards. Kitchen is complete with fridge, freezer, oven, automatic coffee machine Nespresso pods, all basic cooking utensil and needs.
Downstairs is the full laundry (washer/dryer), second living area with a small wet bar & sofa bed (fourth bed sleeping option), a small bathroom and Bedroom 2 complete with King bed and air conditioner.
Garage is locked and private and not available for accomodation stays.
The property is pet friendly.
Parking is partially covered in front of the double garage roller door and under the front main deck. Garage is not available for accomodation stays.
Property can see the water from the front yard. The local rock pool called Moores Pool is great for swimming if agile, at high tide and low-medium swells, and is not to be missed if you can.
Inclusions are complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi, AIRCON (heat/cool), Smart TVs, full kitchen with appliances such as oven, gas stove, Kettle/Toaster, coffee machine pod machine, Microwave, and cooking utensils or basic pantry items.
Your own private outdoor yards and garden, with an outdoor BBQ, sun lounge, umbrella creating a space for suntime, outdoor enjoyment and relaxation.
