Our family loved this property & its wonderful location. The weather was not great during our stay but the location was beautiful even through the rainy weather!

The property is in need of some tlc, cleaning cob webs and pest control. Showers are leaking all around screens and doors. Otherwise it’s well stocked, beds were ok, a bit soft for us, and great air conditioning (if needed). Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine.

Perfect, relaxing family getaway with magnificent ocean views!

The place was spotless, comfy and in a great location with magnificent ocean views.We had a little trouble accessing the key lockbox at first, but a quick call to the Stay Port Stephens team sorted it out. They were friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.We were celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway. The only minor issue was that the heater/air con in the master bedroom wasn’t working properly and was only blowing cold air, which wasn’t a big deal.The vacuum cleaner also wasn’t working, so we used the broom provided in the laundry to clean a few areas. Again, not a major issue, but just something to note.Other than that, everything was great. We’d happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Whilst the view is lovely, the house is somewhat lacking. The oven didn’t work, as the seal was broken, the kitchen is poorly stocked and the house was very dusty and dirty in cupboards and under the beds.

Managed to spot humpback, whales and dolphins while sitting on the deck while drinking a coffee. Lovely furnishings and comfy beds. We had a wonderful few days here. Property is looking a bit tired in a few places and would benefit from having instruction manuals on how to work the oven, heating/aircon systems etc. also, check-in process and retrieving security bond from rental company all a bit laborious and complicated.

Amazing views straight off the cliffs, and if you're lucky enough to stay during the humpback migration season, you've got front rows seats to the best show in town! We were lucky enough to witness so many humpbacks passing by, blowing, breaching, slapping fins and tails and just generally having fun. No better spot to stay.The house itself was very comfortable, with the lounge and kitchen positioned perfectly to take in the view, so even if it's raining, you can still enjoy the location. Just be prepared to bring your own pantry staples such as glad wrap/baking paper as only tea/coffee/sugar was supplied. Also, if you request to have the twin beds made into a double, make sure you confirm before you arrive to save any hassles for both you and the housekeepers!Loved staying here for the humpbacks :)
