You have all the privacy that you would like in your self-contained legal suite. Walk out to beautiful views of the Okanagan with walking paths across the street that go up and down the wine trail. We are located in close proximity to all things Kelowna and West Kelowna. You will have plenty of parking and a door code to come and go as you please. Our family does live upstairs, so we are close by to help with any issues that you might have and to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one.

The place is in such a beautiful location. The view is fantastic and close to so many wineries and activities. The place was clean and exactly as shown in the picture. The contact with the host was easy and easy check in and check out. Highly recommended.

Perfect Stay!

I absolutely loved staying here! Even though it is listed as a basement suite it is ground level so there is so much natural light which I love! The suite had everything I needed and I was very comfortable during the entirety of the stay. I will definitely be booking again:)

One Week Of Work In Kelowna

I was in Kelowna for one weeks worth of work and it was refreshing to be able to stay someplace that felt like home and not a hotel. Inside and out this was just what I needed.

The property is immaculately clean. We were warmly welcomed by Wayne and Tiffany who are such wonderful hosts! They had the suite ready which was really nice and cool compared to 35 C heat on the day we checked in. They were both very informative as to where we could hike or simply walk or stroll along the Okanagan Lake. My husband and I enjoyed the early evening walk at the city park and Bernard St. in downtown Kelowna and the wine trail too which is just across the property!The check-in and check-out went smoothly.We just wished we booked three nights instead of two.

The place was immaculate and very large. I love a clean comfortable space and this one was exactly this. There was filtered water, coffee and tea available. It was close to several vineyards (some within walking distance) and had a great view.Wayne and his family live upstairs so we did run into each other on our ways to and fro and they seem like very lovely laid back people.Wayne was great at communication but my Vrbo app was a bit finicky so it took several tries to retrieve any communications with my host but this is a Vrbo issue rather than a host issue.

Very clean and has everything needed. There was a fair amount of morning noise from heavy footsteps and something heavy dropping on the floor above. And an odd gasoline fuel smell flowing in from somewhere on the last night, but not sure if that was from outside of the structure. Overall the view is nice and the place is clean and spacious.
