Lovely 700sq ft self-contained legal (city licensed) suite on main floor back of house. The suite is located on the wine trail and 5 minutes drive to several wineries and walking distance to at least 3. Okanagan lake is a close drive away and there is a hiking trail that can be accessed immediately behind the house that takes you to park and to the lake if you want a longer hike or some exercise. Suite is sparkling clean with new appliances and walk in closet. Great place to vacation or to settle in while you are looking for long term rental or to buy a home in the area

Beautiful & Quiet

Modern, bright and spacious ground level rental within a home on a lovely quiet court. We played Yardzee in the backyard and the view of the mountains and lake below were stunning!

Lovely Kelowna One-bedroom

Excellent base from which to explore Kelowna. Quiet neighborhood location with quick access to wineries, downtown Kelowna and activities. Property is in great condition, kitchen very well equipped. Host was a pleasure to deal with.

A great place to stay

We stayed for 10 days in Jul/Aug. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was built only a few years ago, so it is pretty much brand spanking new ! It is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern appliances. It is on a cul-de-sac, so very quiet also. You can walk to multiple wineries in under 20 minutes and a new grocery store is about a 10 min. walk away. There is a private patio with a gas BBQ which we used several times. Great shower and water pressure. A washer/dryer is available also if your stay is longer. Candace and Ryan were great hosts, and as we told them one night, we would not hesitate one second to return there !

I had a great stay!

I stayed at this property for one month for work. Candace was a great host and I had no problems during my stay. Very spacious suite. The neighborhood was really great and peaceful, and a Nesters Market was about an 8 min walk away for groceries. I highly recommend this listing!

Dream week

Me and my partner spent a lovely week in this apartment. Beautiful surroundings, mountins, views, perfect contact with the property manager. Superb

We had a wonderful stay in Kelowna at this property. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The towels were also super fluffy and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated Candace’s responsiveness. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re exploring West Kelowna.

A Gem in Lakeview, West Kelowna, British Columbia

Convenient location, within walking distance to a neighborhood pub, grocery store, pharmacy and take-out pizza place. The one bedroom suite is located in a new home on an attractive cul-de-sac of new homes with easy access to several local wineries. The homeowners are your hosts: their welcoming, positive attitude and commitment to detail during our two-month stay in their suite was appreciated. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We are Candace and Ryan and we moved to the sunny Okanagan in December of 2020 from downtown Vancouver.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We absolutely love it here and we lucked out with the location of this house as its so close to so many great things. You still get to walk to various places such as the grocery store, the local pub or wineries but yet the house is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac that feels remote since you pass various farms, orchards, goats etc to get here. You will even see little spot on the roadside where you can leave some money and take home some farm fresh eggs. We are a 10 minute drive to downtown and to the lake. (We have a neighbour who walks to the lake from here), a 1-1.5 h hour drive to 3 great ski hills and of course all the wineries and golf courses in the area. The suite is clean, spacious and properly soundproofed. We want you to feel like this is your home while you are here so there not many "house rules" other than no smoking in the suite and to please tell us if anything is missing in the suite that will make your stay the most enjoyable!
