Located in a private back section, an open plan home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double garage. A fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine.
Large deck with ample seating, including outdoor beanbags. Lots of modern features including a smart TV & bluetooth speaker.
Note - The house is newly completed and the driveway is in progress but useable
