Executive style accommodation in the heart of downtown Victoria
Alluring Astoria has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, in-suite laundry, secured parking, high-end bedroom linens, and a cozy atmosphere to suit a variety of needs. There are two bedrooms, with queen beds in each. There is a queen Lazy Boy sofa in the living room, a single roll-away cot, and, as always, a folding bed and booster seat for the littlest guests. There is also a common room with a sit-up bar (bring your own), a place to play cards, play pool, or sit and watch your favorite program on the comfortable sectional sofa in front of the fireplace. There is also a gym here for you to keep your fitness schedule.
Alluring Astoria is within walking distance of all the major and minor downtown attractions. Just a few blocks from the Inner Harbour and a few more to the Parliament Buildings and the Royal BC Museum. Restaurants and shopping are also just out your front door.

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $390 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
