Property Description
Snowdance A202 is a cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Sleeps 6. In the winter it's just 250 yards to the Keystone Lifts. Walk or shuttle to the resort, activities, restaurants and shops at the Mountain House, River Run or Keystone Lake Village. Views of Keystone Mountain from the deck. Wood fireplace in the cozy living room with flatscreen and free cable. Free WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. Dining table seats 6, and kitchen bar seats 3. Private, covered deck has chairs for 6 and views of the slopes, lawn and aspens. Near the Black Mountain Lodge and Ski Tip Wedding Venues. Please note: No Smoking of any kind -- cigarettes, cigars, marijuana -- is allowed on decks.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Indoor community hot tub is just across the driveway in Building C. There is a coin-operated laundry room in Building B.

Location
This is a quiet location on the Snake River. Located in the heart of Keystone Resort near the Mountain House Base area and Ski and Ride School. Walk or shuttle to restaurants, shops, ski/board/bike rentals. Just 5 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Loveland and 35 minutes to Vail. Winter resort activities include ice skating, tubing, sleigh rides and events at Warren Station.

Near the Keystone wedding venues and Black Mountain Lodge at Arapahoe Basin. The recreation path which connects to all Summit County towns and resorts is just out the door. In summer enjoy the festivals at River Run Village, mountain biking, golf, hiking, watersports on Keystone Lake, horseback riding and more. Just 7 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

Great location

Place is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures but it was big enough for the 4 of us. The location of this place for skiing cannot be beat for the price.

Reviewer Comments: Super location, parking was sufficient with provided parking pass, option to walk to ski lift or three minute drive to main Summit Shuttle gondola lift area. Skied back for lunch one day. Two options for ski rental very close. Used the Keystone free shuttle one day. Water heater was set at 150F, but ran short of water after one shower, so manage the hot water use.

Long weekend with friends

We enjoyed our stay at Snowdance very much! The proximity to the Mountain House skiing was great! The condo was very comfortable for our party of 3 and could easily have accommodated a larger group (up to 6 with living room couch). The unit could use a refresh but it has been well taken care of. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the check in/out process. Currently the requirement is to pick up and return keys at rental office in Dillon. Seems most rentals are equipped with keyless entry systems these days which would make the process smoother and quicker. Of course this is not a big deal, just a suggestion. We would stay here again regardless! We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Location location location

Well, the sleeper sofa was broken, one of the toilets was malfunctioning, and the microwave didn't work... 😂 But! Location. That's all that really matters when you're going skiing and lugging skis around with kids. To be fair, the rental company was super responsive and really nice to talk to and apologetic about the state of things, so I think they did a good job. Seems like the owners just need to throw a little money at the situation and fix a few things. If they did, I think this place is a home run.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was fine but not great. The location was convenient to the ski school and base area. However, the condo was very worn on everything from the walls to the furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on and was torn in multiple places. A little equity with paint and new furniture would vastly improve this condo.
