Located in Clearwater Lofts at Keystone. This luxury condo features high-end designer finishes and furnishings, private balcony with mountain views, and easy access to the slopes and River Run Village where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
Featured are 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, luxury kitchen, dining space, great room with fireplace, private laundry and balcony.
The condo sleeps 6 comfortably across 2 king-sized beds and a queen sleeper sofa.
Designer finishes and furnishings can be found throughout this luxury condo including expansive hardwood flooring, upgraded cabinetry and countertops throughout, upgraded appliances including gas stove and a stone fireplace. Luxury high-end branded furniture are featured as well including Room and Board, Crate and Barrel and West Elm.
The 2nd floor condo can be easily accessed by stairs or elevator. Upon entering guests are welcomed with a drop and store space that includes a bench and coat hooks. Off the entry is the upgraded kitchen and dining space. The kitchen features high-end appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, gas stove, microwave and dish washer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef would need. There is seating for 3 at the kitchen bar and up to 8 at the butcher block dining table.
Just off the kitchen and dining space is the great room perfect for entertaining. The great room features an oversized couch with queen sleeper sofa and chair. From the seating spaces guests have views of the private balcony and expansive mountains, gas fireplace or a 65â flatscreen TV.
The primary bedroom just off the great room includes a king-sized bed with upgraded linings, 55â flatscreen TV, desk and chair and reading chair for your comfort. The primary bedroom also features a private bathroom with double sinks, adult-height toilet, and walk-in shower.
On the opposite side of the great room is the secondary bedroom that features a king-sized bed with upgraded linings, 55â flatscreen TV, desk and chair, and bench for your comfort. The shared bathroom features a sink, adult height toilet, and bathtub.
Other features of this condo include a private stacked washer and dryer, 2 parking spaces including one covered and heated, two storage lockers for skis and other mountain gear, and two shared hot tubs.
This condo is perfectly located and offers outdoor recreation opportunities all year long including steps to the Summit County Rec. path with miles of walking and biking trails and the Snake River Wetlands, short walk to Keystone Lake, and a short shuttle ride to the slopes first stop Peru chair lift, or ride to River Run Village where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
