Villa by the Sea Fort Lauderdale

Thanks so much! Hope to see you again! Michelle Martin

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home, the location, and the neighborhood. It’s great to know the heated pool was a hit — and we love that your son had fun fishing out back! Those are the kind of memories we hope families get to make while staying with us. We truly appreciate the recommendation and would be absolutely delighted to host you again anytime. Looking forward to welcoming you back soon!

Hello Cathy, We're thrilled to hear that our property provided you with a wonderfully relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the Northeast! There's nothing quite like unwinding in the sunshine for a few months. We're grateful for your kind words and look forward to welcoming you back whenever you need another dose of relaxation. Warm regards, Michelle

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear you had a great 6-day stay and that you found the home beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. Being just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and local attractions is something we know guests really value, so we’re glad you were able to take full advantage of it. We also truly appreciate your kind words about communication — we always strive to be responsive and helpful to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. We would love to welcome you back anytime! Michelle

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re so happy to hear you enjoyed the modern renovation and felt the home was well kept and furnished — that truly means a lot to us. We also appreciate your patience with the living room TV situation. It was fully working prior to arrival, but unfortunately, it was accidentally reset during the stay, which caused the issue. We made two attempts to get it back up and running as quickly as possible and are sorry it wasn’t resolved sooner. We know how nice it is to unwind with TV after a day out! Thank you again for staying with us — we’re so glad you had a lovely visit overall and would absolutely love to host you again.

We’re so glad to hear you had a lovely time — especially despite that historic rainfall! Twenty-five inches in 24 hours is certainly one for the record books, and we truly appreciate your positive attitude through it all. It’s wonderful to know the home met your expectations and that you enjoyed the kitchen setup, location, and especially the pool. We take great pride in maintaining the property, so your kind words mean a great deal. We would absolutely love to welcome you back next year — hopefully with a little more sunshine! Warm regards, Michelle

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear the home was spotless upon arrival and that everything met your expectations. We work hard to keep the property in top condition, so it’s great to know the regular pool and lawn service added to your experience. It sounds like you truly made the most of the location as well — being able to walk to shops and restaurants is one of our favorite things about Lauderdale By The Sea. Thank you also for your kind words about communication and the check-in/check-out process. We’re so glad everything felt smooth and easy for you. We would absolutely love to host you for those extra three weeks next time! Michelle

Thank you so much for your incredibly kind words. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share such a thoughtful review. It means a lot to hear that the home exceeded your expectations and that you found everything immaculate and well equipped — especially the kitchen and outdoor spaces. We love knowing that three generations were able to relax, cook, barbecue, and enjoy the pool together. That’s exactly the kind of experience we hope families have while staying with us. We’re so glad you had a fantastic week and would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re very glad you found the home beautiful. We do wish we had been notified during your stay regarding the ants. In South Florida, occasional pest activity can happen due to climate, but we address these matters immediately when made aware. We are always here to help — a quick message allows us to resolve concerns promptly so they don’t impact your stay. As for the refrigerator ice maker, it has been intermittently unreliable. However, the home is equipped with a separate under-counter full ice machine specifically for guest use, which provides a large supply of ice throughout your stay. We are sorry if that was not clear. We genuinely value constructive feedback and are always available to assist in real time. Our goal is for every guest to have a seamless and comfortable experience. Michelle

Hi Dan, Thanks so much for choosing Villa by the Sea for your vacation stay! We love this location too! So many great restaurants and the beach- leave the car behind! Hope to see your family back again soon! Michelle Martin FLorida Luxury Retreats

Thanks so much for staying at our home. We do love our beautiful newly renovated home & love hanging in our outdoor pool area with waterfront views! All of our guests have really enjoyed the cleanliness as well! As far as the restaurants- that would be a yelp review! But...since you brought it up- Each of our guests receives a welcome letter before you arrive- we send across-the-board recommendations from great sandwich shops like Laspada's, to mid-range pricing beach restaurants like Aruba's Beach Cafe or excellent higher-end restaurants like Max's Cafe in Pompano Beach. So, if you are a REAL foodie connoisseur-( like we are) you can YELP & Google review & make your reservations before you arrive! Our neighbor, who is an excellent guy who helps out with garbage & recycling when guests forget- sometimes parks his corvette in our 6 car circular driveway when there are NO guests. Here is the thing...you have my number & I'm always here to make your stay the best it can be! So, if there was a storm and a palm frond is hanging from a palm tree- give me a call- that's what I'm here for, so that you are not bothered by small things on your vacation...I'm simply a phone call away to make it all better! Or, you can be bothered and leave it in a review after you leave! Michelle Martin
