This newly renovated modern home is walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants, stores, and synagogues.
The house has gorgeous views of the intercoastal and the waterfront pool. A free shuttle will even pick you up at the house!! Relax outside in the lounge area under the covered tiki hut. The home features a chef's kitchen and a separate kosher kitchen area, 2 living rooms, 4 bedrooms with smart TVs, 3 bathrooms, and an open floorplan with the kitchen and dining room facing the beautiful waterfront views. There is a boat dock on an 80-foot-deep canal with direct ocean access and no fixed bridges. Come park your boat! Fresh and clean home in a family-friendly, quiet, walkable neighborhood. Upscale safe neighborhood. Just a 15-minute walk to beautiful beaches and tons of amazing restaurants. Pool or spa heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Our adult family enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean with everything we needed plus many extras in the kitchen. House rules were in a binder at the house with check out instructions that were easy to follow.Thank you!

Great Location for us. Nice home. Quiet neighborhood. Places to eat, supermarket, liquor store nearby. Walkable. Paid in advance for heated pool. Would have been nice if someone had checked to make sure pool was heating before our arrival. We lost two days of pool time.

There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee. Garbage cans need to go out for pickup in the morning on designated days.
Monday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT ON SUNDAY EVENING.
Thursday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out on Wednesday Evening and bring it back in after collection.
