This cozy house is perfect for your next family vacation to Sunriver, featuring a private hot tub on an expansive private deck. With large picture windows, this cabin feels privately nestled in the serene wooded Sunriver. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace, in this open floor plan, and enjoy the well-appointed kitchen for all your culinary needs. The primary bedroom is on the main floor, and two additional bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs.
You'll find this layout perfect for family and friends. Enjoy the Sunriver exclusive access to the pools at SHARC with 8 provided passes.

Easily access Sunriver's walking and biking trails to Fort Rock Park, where you will find tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, a large field for sports, and a basketball court. SHARC and the Village are nearby as well, offering entertainment and dining year-round. In the winter, skiing on Mt. Bachelor is a mere 23 miles away.

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

*Guests are advised that SHARC passes are subject to a meticulous inventory count prior to check-in and immediately after check-out.

Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.

Summer vacation

Very clean house and fairly close to the Village in Sunriver. We all enjoyed the access to the SHARC pool.

Quick weekend stay

Our family enjoyed a short stay at this house. It was well appointed and we liked having a day bed in the master suite for our little one.The upstairs room with 2 beds is a bit small and dark. But all of the beds were comfy.We loved being so close to Fort Rock Park - just.a short walk.

overall was great. only down sides were the lack of fans/ac, and the non working television in the main king bedroom downstairs. WiFi connected to our devices in the bedroom, but would not connect to the tv, so we couldn’t use it. Luckily it wasn’t extremely hot, and we brought our own fans just in case. everything else was just fine. Good location. back deck/patio was nice.

Wooded Gem!

My family enjoyed staying in this newer listing because of the privacy/quiet, hot tub, and overall feel of a home.Positives: location of backyard feels private yet bike path convenient to get to. Fort Rock Park just around the corner! Private hot tub with backyard view. Full kitchen, up to date bathrooms, cozy all-around. Less than positive: no AC (or at least wasn’t working?). Fans placed in various locations were helpful! Furniture updates are needed throughout. Hot tub has seen better days. We absolutely enjoyed our stay as a family, and Meredith Lodging was very quick to respond to all/any of my questions.

Communication with management company was poor. Unit had no A/C and this was not clearly noted on ad. Mgt company was not helpful in resolving this at all. They sent extra fans finally on the last day of our stay. Kids locked the keys in the garage and mgt company was terrible about resolving this, zero communication. We had to pay for a locksmith out of pocket. Will not rent a Meredith property again.
