This large and lovely property offers quintessential Wanaka living. This property was made for large family holidays. Big rooms and big mountain views and the large reserve make this the perfect place to bring the tribe together.

This property is located just a 5-minute drive from Wanaka town centre, it is a short walk to the lake shore and Wanaka walking and biking tracks. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the house can handle up to 8 guests comfortably with lots of space to spare. The house is robust, practical and made for family fun. Gather the troops, let’s go to Wanaka!



**There are two highchairs, one port a cot, a buggy and baby gate for the stairs available free of charge. You will need to bring your own baby bedding. Please ensure you request these at time of making the booking**

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, bin liners and laundry powder. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.



Arrival instructions will be provided to guests prior to arrival for self-check-in



Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.



This property is located within a residential area. Please be respectful of neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.
