Gentle breezes and long views of the golf course, make sitting on the expansive deck of this lovely Atrium Villa the perfect choice. The Atrium Villas have one of the best locations on the Island- just across from the Beach Club pools, Pelicans Nest restaurant and 3.5 miles of pristine beach. This 2 bed/2 bath villa sleeps 6 and has hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy the comfortable furnishings and spectacular views from all rooms. This efficient villa has an open floor plan featuring a fully stocked kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and dining area with seating for 4. The master bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath and sliding door access to the deck. The master bathroom has a single vanity and walk in tiled shower. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds, en-suite bath with tub/shower combination and sliding doors with deck access.
You can live your best beach life here at 2917 Atrium Villa. Up to (2) dogs are welcome to stay! Additional fees apply per dog. This unit is located over the air-conditioner fan. The Atrium Villas have plenty of parking underneath as well as an elevator that services the building for your convenience. We hope to see you soon!
*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
