The charm of Seabrook Island awaits you at this serene beach villa, featuring 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Enjoy the serene ambiance from the lovely screened porch, where you can soak in the iconic low country marsh views and sunsets that make this location truly special. Close to the neighborhood pool, outdoor Lakehouse pool and fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, marina, and Freshfields Village, many guests seek this location.

This serene and inviting villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups looking to escape to a tranquil retreat. The interior boasts a contemporary design with all the comforts of home, ensuring a relaxing stay. An open floor plan, highlighted by sliding doors, draws your attention to the beauty of Seabrook Island waiting just outside for you to explore. The villa has hardwood floors and comfy living room seating with an HDTV Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, and Disney+, and a DVD player. The dining area is adjacent and seats four. The fully stocked kitchen includes a dishwasher, toaster, and blender.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bath, HDTV Smart TV, and access to the serene, screened porch. The nightstands in the master have built-in charging ports for devices. The screened porch has comfortable seating as well as a dining table. Guests love dining al fresco while enjoying the Lowcountry marsh view. The master bath is beautifully renovated with a tiled, walk-in shower and single vanity. The guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and an HDTV with full bath access. The guest bedroom also has sliding doors that open to a deck with comfortable patio furniture. The guest bathroom is updated with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms include a hairdryer for use. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience, as well as an iron and ironing board. Safety and convenience are prioritized with amenities like 24-hour check-in, enhanced cleaning practices, and essential safety features including smoke detectors and a first aid kit.

The owners of this unit have thoughtfully stocked the entertainment center with family games, puzzles, books, and toys. Also included in the unit are many beach and pool necessities, such as pool floats, pool toys, Puddle Jumpers, beach umbrellas, beach towels, fishing poles, and sand toys. The owners also have two adult bikes and two children's bikes, as well as bike trailers you can use to cart the kids around the island. The crab traps are ideal for a day of crabbing at the Crab Dock off Captain Sams Road.

Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor pool, or take advantage of the nearby recreational activities such as golfing, fishing, and kayaking. With the beach just a short distance away, you can easily indulge in sun-soaked days by the ocean.

• BEACH: 2 miles away. Beach chairs are located in the driveway area for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards access is INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the private oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. Access to both the shared neighborhood complex pool and the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. There is a limit of 2 vehicle passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Gas-powered LSV vehicles are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count as a vehicle towards the strict maximum limit of 2 vehicle passes. Electric LSVs are prohibited as they cannot be charged at the property.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: Dog friendly. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at this beautiful villa. An additional pet fee applies.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
• PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR25-000503.
• ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are provided in the unit for guest use, though towel service is also available at the Beach Club.

• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups. An assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners is available.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per vehicle gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the 2-pass limit. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but not a party property. Many neighbors are full-time residents and we ask our guests to be respectful of the shared island space around them.

Property was great and super quiet! I loved the view off the back porch. Getting the proper parking and amenity passes took a little bit of work but well worth it! We loved hanging out at the Seabrook Beach pool and beach.

Space was clean. Struggled to find my email with password to check in, but my host responded promptly. Master bedroom advertises a king sized bed, but it was a queen. Asked for more towels and they came a day later than told. Washer and dryer are very tiny, which was rough with 5 people and trips to beach. Location was convenient with small pool on grounds and close proximity to stores. Bikes were provided, and trails on the grounds, which was nice. When called about other amenities, everything came with additional fee, which was a bummer. They were very prompt about WiFi password confusion, which I appreciate. Fishing on beach requires license and was risky on property with gators in the water, which was a bummer. Blow dryer in master bedroom needs replaced, but the bathrooms were clean and nice. Overall, space was clean and nice. Would still recommend and probably stay again if in the area.
