We definitely enjoyed our stay. Loved seeing all the different wildlife. We could hear an alligator bellowing in the pond. We also saw deer, coyotes and all types of herons, egrets, etc.. Being able to bring our fur babies along is such a blessing. Very grateful for that! The only thing I would recommend would be for deeper cleaning needed.

Great house as advertised! Our family of four and our dog had a wonderful stay with plenty of room, quiet neighborhood, easy access to the beach, and close to the Cougar Point clubhouse and Freshfields Village for snacks and shopping. Definitely recommend!

Stayed over the 2025 Christmas week. Wonderful location. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach (5 min or less walk). Amenities were excellent and Sandy was more than available to assist and look after our stay. We hosted family for one night and had plenty of chairs, table space, and kitchenware to accommodate. We look forward to staying again!

Such a great location!

This house is in a great location - easy 5 min walk to the beach, golf, pool, etc. And if you have tweens/teens, it's an easy bike ride to Fresh Fields too (which they loved)!

Kiawah family destination

This property is well equipped and has a nice layout, with the bedrooms in the corners surrounding the living area all on the second floor. Our family especially enjoyed the swimming access at the shaded community pool (as well as the ocean, of course) and the many games and puzzles.

Great location and exceptional host. Just a quick walk to the beautiful beach. There are several beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas to borrow which was a great plus. The pool was nearby and easy to walk/bike to. We very much appreciated that our dog was welcome. We will be booking at this property again. (A bonus: our son saw a sea turtle nesting one evening - can't beat that!)

Lovely stay

Very enjoyable visit in Kiawah. Comfortable space, spent lots of time on the porch, very nice to have beach chairs available and a pet friendly condo so our dog could meet the ocean!

Great beach & location. Really liked the tree house. A few updates to the kitchen would have been ideal. We also found it difficult to find many reasonably priced restaurants close by.

Perfect Place To Relax

We throughly enjoyed our week on Kiawah Island. The home was perfect for our party. Plenty of space to spread out. Lots of amenities, including all the basics. It's becoming more difficult to find places that allow dogs and this was perfect. Short walk to beach. Close to Charleston. Loved Magnolias and Muse restaurants there. Hope to return.

Comfortable condo with a short easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and wagon at the condo were a big plus. Cooking pan in kitchen were unusable (scorched or flaking teflon). Luckily we brought 2 pans with us. Otherwise it was a great rental.

Wonderful stay

Loved the location and the cottage was perfect for my family of four. Beach chairs and cart provided was a bonus for us. Host was very helpful and provided many good recommendations of things to do in the area.

Labor Day stay
