Wonderful!

We loved the home! Everything was spotless, easy to find things we needed and thoroughly enjoyed the week. The home was well stocked with everything we would ever need, and not to mention the luxury bath towels! Highly recommend this property to everybody.

The house was just as described & worked very well for our family of 3 generations. We found the screened in porch was a great place to socialize while keeping an eye on 2 5yr olds working on craft projects. As part of a family reunion, we went on a 2 hour boat ride & went kyacking the next day. The area has a lot to offer.

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. First time in Sebastian vacationing with other families in different houses 2 blocks over. Walking the neighborhood in the evening and seeing all the peacocks, bunnies and other wildlife was cool. Also the swimming hole where the local kids swim was neat. (We however did not). Coffee packets included were nice since I had brought k cups and no keurig. Also the beds were so comfy! We spent most of our time at sebastion inlet state park, 8 bucks per car meant there were not many people on the beach. Drove to port Canaveral and watched a rocket launch! Earls has the best pizza and enjoyed oysters and food at Blackfin restaurant at captain hirams. Great time!

Nice Home

This property is very clean and includes everything we needed from consumables to kitchen appliances and decent cookware so we could make (good) coffee and prepare meals easily. This may sound basic, but it's amazing how many places we've stayed with only a Kureg machine (Yuk!) and substandard cookware, such as knives that struggle to cut butter. The furnishings were very good, especially the beds and it's nice to have a laundry available. Communication from Evolve and the owners was outstanding. We knew exactly what to expect/do for everything from check-in to check-out. Again, you'd think this is a given, but we've had our share of stress from poor communication with other property managers. FYI: Farm and Flame restaurant right around the corner is outstanding.
