The place was just lovely! It was a beautiful stay for me and my family. We stayed for four night and enjoyed the pool and family time! The pictures were exactly as the place was advertised! I would definitely stay again. Host was amazing and very accommodating.

Outstanding property and host. Everything was as described. The house is very spacious with everything you need for a fantastic trip. So many towels and lots of extras for guests. We really appreciated being able to grab a cooler bag and supplies for a day trip. We will be back!

Beautiful home with plenty of space inside and outside in the enclosed pool area to entertain guests. Heated pool, fenced backyard, and well equipped kitchen. Property was well represented on VRBO, providing exactly what we expected. We are repeat guests from New England - our 6th year as “snow birds” and looking forward to many more.

Great Place to stay!

Sebastian is a beautiful area, which offers lots of opportunity for active people. Beautiful bike trails, walks in parks and along the Indian River Lagoon, kayaking, easy ocean access, and a good variety of restaurants with outdoor dining and great food!

Eddie is a phenomenal host - clear and timely communication, friendly and welcoming. The house is perfect, exactly what I needed for a week of R&R. Well stocked, comfortable, and the pool is top notch. The beach is just a short drive away, and there are plenty of dining options and grocery stores nearby. This was my second time staying here, and it won’t be my last.

We had a great stay. The house is very nice! My kids loved the pool! Barber st. Is very busy and driveway can be hard to back out people fly down that road. Only downside we had. Great time thanks!

Great Vacation Home!

Great vacation home, fully equipped! We loved the pool and fenced in backyard. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the host Eddie was excellent. You can tell he is dedicated to what he does and cares about guest satisfaction!

Daughter, husband & gran babes stayed in this lovely, welcoming home. Clean & well stocked. Location is close to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, fishing & major roads. Pool was wonderful. Craig, property manager was extremely helpful. They enjoyed their stay!
