Great location IF the trail outside the unit and chair lift is open to take you over to the base., Otherwise you have to drive 10-15 minutes and park at the base. House is well laid out, well stocked. Pros: Pool table, private hot tub, and ski lockers and glove dryers. Cons; the mattresses are not comfortable and the primary is a futon type mattress so it was too firm for us to sleep on.

Thanks so much for staying with us, Megan! We're really happy you enjoyed the location and trail access. It's definitely one of the best features of this property, especially for guests who love getting out on the mountain. FYI - you can walk up the trail a short way and ski down to Bear Mountain if the Sunrise chairlift is not yet open which makes this even more convenient! We appreciate the feedback about the mattresses. We know they can be a personal preference and we'll look into them. Glad you got to enjoy the hot tub, pool table, and all the ski amenities during your stay. Hope to have you back again soon! - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Great family vacation great spot

Place was very comfortable and convenient ski in out location. We were 5 and enjoyed the place very much. Since this unit is so close to one of the trails - Bear Cub- we would suggest walking up the slight hill and ski down to Bear mountain directly instead of skiing down to Sunrise and having to take the extra chair lift. Jacuzzi was wonderful. Great wi fi nice kitchen and open floor plan. Xfinity TV in Family room was nice to have. Place was perfect- highly recommend!
