Atlantis 104F - Heated Pool! Sleeps 6, located next to the pier

Welcome to Seaside at Anastasia 104F!

This beautiful ground-floor condo offers three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. From the moment you step inside, you'll be embraced by the relaxing vacation atmosphere! Decorated with charming nautical chic touches and equipped with all the comforts of home, it’s a perfect getaway. The kitchen provides plenty of counter space and all the essentials for preparing meals, or you can explore the nearby restaurants for a treat. The dining room seats eight, making it ideal for family dinners or game nights. A full-size washer and dryer in the unit make cleaning a breeze. The master bedroom retreat features access to a screened patio, a king-size bed with luxurious linens, and a flat-screen smart TV with cable. The spa-like master bathroom has been recently updated with a walk-in shower and dual vanities.

The first guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the second guest bedroom has two twin beds, all outfitted with cozy linens and TVs with cable. Unwind on the private screened patio overlooking the peaceful pool and community pond, complete with a fountain and walking path. Reserved parking is conveniently located in front of the unit, with additional spaces for guests. Enjoy the stunning view of the fountain lake, teeming with nature, from your screened porch. This Key West-style condo is just steps across the bridge from the heated pool and the coastal-themed clubhouse, which features a kitchen and workout room.

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier is across the street plus Anastasia Park is only about a mile away.
