Condo à couper le souffle juste à cÎté de la plage, au coeur de St Augustine Beach.

BIENVENUE A ST AUGUSTINE BEACH! DĂ©tendez-vous et profitez de ce condo de 3 chambres, 2 et Âœ salle de bain. Cette maison est situĂ©e Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons et demi de la plage et Ă  distance de marche des commerces et restaurants locaux.

L'étage principal présente un plan d'étage ouvert avec beaucoup d'espace et de lumiÚre naturelle. La cuisine comprend des comptoirs en granit, de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et est entiÚrement équipée pour que les clients puissent préparer leurs propres repas. Le salon dispose de siÚges confortables avec une télévision à écran plat, le wifi et le cùble Xfinity. Les trois chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes sont situées à l'étage, avec une demi-salle de bain au premier étage. Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre principale et des lits queen dans les deuxiÚme et troisiÚme chambres. Sortez par la porte patio pour un patio magnifiquement paysagé qui est clÎturé pour plus d'intimité. Le patio comprend des meubles de patio pour votre confort et vos repas à l'extérieur. Un parking privé est fourni.

Profitez des journées ensoleillées sur la plage de sable blanc, de longues promenades au coucher du soleil ou du style de vie de plage que vous attendiez.

National Geographic classe Saint Augustine parmi les dix meilleurs endroits au monde pour voir les lumiĂšres des fĂȘtes. Pendant les nuits de lumiĂšres, le quartier historique de 144 blocs carrĂ©s scintille avec deux millions d'ampoules (chacune blanche, par ordonnance de la ville). Mi-novembre Ă  fin janvier.

Perfect location, short walk to the beach and a nice taco spot and coffee option just a couple minutes walk. Comfortable beds and TVs in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms, in addition to the main living room. Extra towels for the beach. And really cute patio in the back with a grill (although we didn't use the grill, nice to have as an option). Enjoyed our stay!

Refreshing getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Condo has plenty of room and very comfortable. Just a few minute walk to the beach and neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Great Home, Great Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2.5 month-long stay. The area has it all - the beach, restaurants, and things to do. Not far from old town St. Augustine which is well worth visiting. Our host, Lee, kept in touch, and even bought new pots and pans for the unit when we mentioned a need.

Good location

There are a lot of restaurants in the area and easy access to St Augustine. We went to a show at the St Augustine Amphitheatre which is only a few miles away. The condo had everything we needed for leisure and for meals. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Adorable place. Extremely clean and everything we needed was there. Really close to the beach and the burrito place on the corner is TERRIFIC! Great communication, they quickly responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property.

Condo - St Augustine Beach

This condo was very well kept, very clean and well maintained. There's are great places to eat close by and the beach is within walking distance. The grocery store is right down the road and old town St Augustine is only minutes away. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

The condo is in an ideal location on St. Augustine Beach. There were days my husband and I didn’t go anywhere in our car
we walked!! Yummy restaurants very close. The condo was well-stocked, clean and had plenty of linens and towels. We plan to be back!!

Great vacation

The condo is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need! Very efficient kitchen, all new appliances, all the beds are super comfortable. The area is very nice, coffee shop around the corner, steps to the beach. We will be back next year!

Perfect Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo was cozy with everything we needed, including big fluffy beach towels. The brewery and burrito stand were patronized often. Stir It Up had great smoothies. Lee was very hands on. We’d definitely stay here again.

New year Celebration

Brought in 2025 in St Augustine. Lovely, clean home in a safe neighbourhood. Close to the beach,restaurants, and coffee shops. Home is well maintained with so much space! We were 4 adults and never felt crowded. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, easy, beautiful stay in St Augustine!
