On the main level, you’ll find a large, open living room perfect for relaxing together after a day at the beach. Upstairs, a versatile flex room provides additional space for lounging, games, or quiet time. A spacious elevator serves all floors, making the home comfortably accessible for every member of your group. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with gas cooking, and a gas grill awaits on the main terrace for effortless outdoor entertaining. Outside, enjoy your own private heated pool and spa — currently maintained at a soothing 85 degrees.

Additional amenities include beach towels and beach chairs provided for your convenience, a ping pong table for friendly competition, and a Pack ’n Play and high chair available upon request (please note we do not provide sheets for the Pack ’n Play). Basic supplies such as TP, paper towels, soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, laundry detergent are provide for a stay of 5 to 7 days.
