Property was beautiful and the check in process was super easy. We got to the house to drop our bags off and the owner was there and she was kind enough to just let us stay which was awesome! We loved everything about the place. Kids had fun swimming and fishing off the dock. The golf cart was a fun bonus to drive around on. Plenty of space for everyone. Communication with the owners was great. Would love to go back sometime.

Great place!

There were 8 of us total. 3 adults 3 teenagers and 2 preteens. The house was perfect for our vacation. Easy to get to the beach via the golf cart or walking. Pool was fantastic and the owners were responsive with issues we had. One kitchen drawer was broke upon our arrival and a leaky toilet. The owners were responsive with getting them fixed.

Great trip!

This was the best vacation! The house had everything we needed. We charted one of his boats for the day and had so much fun! The golf cart was a lot of fun. Everything is so close.

Had some bad weather the first few days due to a hurricane, the rest of the time was really nice, kids loved the pool and dock for fishing. Perfect spot close to everything.

Amazing!

This house was amazing! Aside from the house, the owner went above and beyond. Our flight got in around 10AM. The owner allowed us to drop our bags and take the golf cart (which was also awesome). The pool was beautiful and the kayaks were fun. Our family had a great time at this house and hopefully we will be back!

nice family property

Great stay. Lovely house, pool and location. We had 7 adults and 2 children and it was perfect for us. The golf cart was the icing on the cake with having kids. Definitely will stay again. Owner was on top of things and very communicative.

Our Favorite Family Vacation!!

We loved our vacation at Indian Rocks Beach! The house was stunning, and everyone in the family felt like they had private space while still being together. The pool was incredible—warm enough, refreshing, relaxing, etc. We loved having the golf cart to take us to the beach and ice cream. Tom's recommendations were spot on, and he was extremely helpful throughout. We felt like we had family nearby as he made himself available for whatever we needed. Our favorite night during our stay was when Tom arranged a boat ride for us. We enjoyed a sunset cruise with Captain George. They personalized the night and entertained us all - including our children. We will be returning and working with Tom when we do!!

Picture perfect oasis for friends!

Our group had an incredible time staying at the property - it truly could not have been more stunning, well kept, clean, and picture perfect. Tom was beyond helpful with all of our needs. Clean, comfortable and convenient IRB house

Our family of 8 (including 3 little ones under 7) had a great stay at Florida Paradise. House was clean and had everything we needed (including beach towels, a convenient golf cart for trips back/forth to the beach, beach chairs and some sand toys, 2 kayaks, plenty of paper products and kitchen utensils). Warm salt water pool was AMAZING. Our guys and kids loved fishing right off the dock (and they caught a few fish!). Lots of outdoor furniture for the sun or shade lovers in our group. Beds and living room sofa were all very comfy. We all really enjoyed our time at Tom’s beautiful property. Try the toasted coconut ice cream at Kooky Coconuts! It’s yummy!

Fantastic

Property is great, comfortable, brilliant position within close walking distance to the beach but in a quiet area and overlooking the lagoon behind. Tom couldn't have been more accommodating. Warm pool made a huge difference going this time of year.

Great Property

We rented the house for 3 weeks in January 2024. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool was amazing and it was so nicely heated. Concerns were addressed in a timely manner and the place was extremely clean. We would definitely rent again!

Amazing!

Our stay at this beautiful property was simply amazing! The house was very spacious, well appointed, and comfortable for our group of 12 ladies on an annual girls trip. Perfect location with beach/bars/restaurants within walking distance, but we spent a majority of our time at the house because it was just that enjoyable...especially the patio/pool! Tom was extremely responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this house and Tom as a host.

Amazing Getaway

I could not have wished for a better vacation experience. The property was immaculate. Tom was an amazing host. He was very responsive to inquiries about the property and provided a list of local places to visit. The house was so amazing we spent a great deal of time hanging out by the pool. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting IRB. I was with adult friends and family but the property is very kid friendly as well. I’m sure Tom’s other properties in the area are just as awesome. I’ll be on the lookout for available Florida Paradise properties every time I visit the area.

We live in the neighborhood and love this beautiful property. Whether enjoying it as a family or for a night out with adults, the venue is perfect, with the beach just two short blocks away. There is a great selection of restaurants and bars all very close by. Having the 6-passenger golf cart, heated pool and dock is a total plus. It's the perfect vacation for everyone! You can also schedule fishing charters and sunset cruises on location.

You can always drop your bags at 11 a.m. and take the golf cart to explore Indian Rocks Beach while we finish up.
