This is a 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom rowhome in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia.

Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the inviting living room featuring a 55inch Smart TV and an electric fireplace. Continuing past the living room you will find the fully stocked kitchen and breakfast nook. Out the rear door is the private patio.

Up the stairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. There is one full bathroom on this floor.

In the basement are the washer and dryer.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $50 per pet per night. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be bringing a dog. Limit of 2.

House Rules:
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.

Age Requirement:
Guests must be 21 years or older.

Location Requirement:
We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.

Fee Schedule:
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.
$500 for excessive noise.
$500 for smoking.
$500 for breaking any house rules.
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.

We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
