Unique trinity style house in the heart of Queen Village.

The Bainbridge Trinity is located in the heart of the Queen Village neighborhood in Philadelphia, set in a courtyard among other similar style houses.

Steps away from historic sites, dining and shopping, the house offers a quiet respite from the urban landscape.Possibly considered as the original tiny house (one room per floor), our three-floor trinity with rooftop terrace, in historic Queen Village, is nestled on a quiet courtyard steps away from the urban city landscape. The trinity features a two bedroom (one primary with queen size bed, one twin) one bath, a full kitchen, and a furnished rooftop terrace with a view of the city. Each floor has one room. The kitchen is in the basement, living room on the first floor, guest room on the second and the main on the 3rd floor with the rooftop terrace on the 4th. Be aware that the spiral staircase is original and is rather tight, so if you struggle with stairs, have lots of bags or mobility issues this may not be the house for you!

Our trinity, built in 1920, has a spiral staircase from kitchen to rooftop. Newly painted, the main floor and hallway are the same color creating a nice visual flow. Each room is painted a different color with curated art, creating a warm, cozy environment. The decor is vintage meets modern and aims to make this small space feel cozy and comfortable.

The first floor living space features a sofa, fireplace with electric candelabra that also serves a space heater, small work space and a wall mounted smart tv.

The kitchen is located in the basement. It has a gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and garbage disposal. A glass dining table and chairs will seat three people comfortably.

The second floor consists of a guest room with a twin bed, washer/dryer and a full bathroom.

The third floor primary bedroom has a Queen sized bed with headboard and built in drawers, wall mounted smart tv, built in closet space and an amenity area complete with mini fridge, coffee machine and tea kettle.

The roof-top features an astroturf lined terrace, lounge chairs and hanging solar lights.

Fanatic experience, the house is so unique, and location is amazing. Owner was always available and checks in each day just in case, The interior design was really cool, the place had a great vibe, a wonderful time.

We had a great stay at the Trinity House. Check in/ out was easy. The host is communicative and welcoming. The property was clean with comfortable beds. Not a ton of space but just the right amount for 2-3 people. Charming and cozy with lovely decor that gave a French vibe. The building is in a courtyard which made evenings quiet and felt safe. Loved the neighborhood. Two grocery stores nearby, tons of great restaurants and unique stores too. Parking is a challenge but easy to get around with uber/lyft.

Very unique property in a fabulous walkable neighborhood. Up the street is a parking lot that allows overnight parking for which Carlos was able to arrange a 5 per day discount for us. Very nice to have in this area as parking is tight and restricted. The listing describes the unit exactly. If steep spiral staircases are not in your comfort zone this is not the place for you. Maybe not the best place for small children. It is helpful to figure out the lights especially for the staircases before it gets dark. The upstairs deck was lovely on a warm night to relax with wine and snacks. The bedding and mattresses were very comfortable. Adrienne was available able to help with questions we had during our check-in process. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

An adorable little home in a great part of the city! Carlos and Adrienne were so receptive, even in the late hours of the evening when we had a hiccup with the entry pad. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in that part of town! Thank you again!

Birthday Getaway

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for all the festivities we did for the weekend. The communication was great between the property managers, Carlos and Adrianne! I needed a little bit of help during the check-in process and they stayed on the phone with me the entire time to help! The neighborhood was quiet and plenty of places to visit.

Me and my son were in town for the weekend and this place was amazing. It was like being at home. It was a perfect get away for us. The neighborhood was super cute and everything was walking distance. Carlos and his wife were both super nice and helpful. I had asked recommendations for places to eat and they were on it. Private getaway in a happening location

This townhouse is clean, stylish, comfortable and convenient. I absolutely loved staying in this little private alleyway, going up to the roof and drinking my coffee, and then stepping out right into the heart of a happening neighborhood. Thanks for having me.

GREAT walkable neighborhood, clean rental, styled well, thoughtful amenities. excellent instructions. parking in philly is tough- what a blessing to have (paid) parking available right across the street! we REALLY enjoyed the trinity style house. common sense tells you that there are a lot of stairs, pictures tell you there are a lot of stairs, the description tells you there are a lot of stairs- i'm here to tell you: there are a lot of stairs. worth it to enjoy this unique and quirky space!!i’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this is one of my favorites i've ever booked. 10/10 would recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

The Beautiful Trinity at Bainbridge

This is a gorgeous place, beautifully decorated, and perfectly situated in the charming Queen Village. The bed, and sheets were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on, and the terrace was like the cherry on top for our stay. I definitely recommend this place.

Philly Getaway

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay somewhere different than your generic hotel for 3 nights. This property was so quaint and well thought out, even given its smaller size. We had everything we needed that we would expect from a hotel (steamer to press our suit and dress, water bottles and toiletries for the shower) and we loved having our own outdoor space with the weather being unseasonably warm. The neighborhood is so charming and we enjoyed exploring different restaurants, coffee shops and other shopping during our down time. We would definitely stay here again!

Girls trip

We loved Trinity house. Loved the area very accessible to local shops, restaurants etc. parking close by. We would definitely come back to the area again. Hosts were easy to get of hold of and accommodating. Weather was warm so we were able to take advantage of the rooftop deck. Lots of stairs but knew that before we got there. Would not recommend if anyone has issues using stairs. Otherwise would recommend this VRBO to stay while visiting Philadelphia. The only bad thing we wished we could have stayed longer.

Cozy spot just below South St.

We had a lovely time staying in this beautifully decorated house. It was well appointed and extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the coffee bar in the master bedroom. The hosts were helpful and communicative throughout the stay and the location was convenient.

The place was amazing. Me and my daughters both said Wow when we walked in. Nice little place tucked away but close to everything. We spent a long weekend there to visit NYC and Philadelphia. Short ride to the train station and in warmer weather i could say walkable. We ate at Famous 4th St Deli which was on the corner and ate at Jim’s South a block away twice. The owners’ are fantastic and checked on us often but not too much. Making sure we had everything we needed and offered suggestions.If you are ok with stairs, there are many in a Trinity home, don’t pass on this

Great location and beautiful home

The home decor is very tasteful and home very clean. Attention to detail much appreciated and home well stocked. Kitchen very nice and had everything we needed! Beds very comfy. Instructions very clear and host responsive to any questions. Close to stores, restaurants and bus routes.

Lovely property in vibrant neighborhood

This property was beautiful and comfortable- a hidden oasis. Bed was comfortable and the hosts had tho thoughtfully provided extras like water, tea and coffee, and toiletries. The roof deck is cozy. Communications with the hosts was seamless and were quick and thorough. Will definitely return.
